What i think. JUDGE GRANDSTANDING This judge is what gives judges a bad reputation. She drones on about how evil this person is with 4 felony priors', failure to comply with parole in the past and so on. The judge then admits this person will reoffend on release, then turns right around and gives LIFE With the Possibility of Parol. The judge should be required to pay restitution for everyone's time she wasted.

You didn’t miss anything while the criminal talked for like 90 minutes!! She just read letters after letters and was highly inappropriate while talking about the her, “friend.”
On the live court tv chat, people said bc it took so long for her to read these lying letters, they put up a shelf, washed their dog, baked a cake, and put 1,000 piece puzzle together lol! She’s a waste of space bc she just continued to lie.

And she has lied so much she can't even keep the lies straight anymore. Her "letters from Lynn" contained parts of the letter she tried to get her friend to fabricate. It even contained the same date, Sunday October 3, 2018. 10/3/2018 was not a Sunday!! How weird that her and Lynn would make that same mistake 🫠

    This prosecutor is a boss.
Jessy's history of frauds, cons and scams proves that she used this modus operandi throughout her life, formulated in her younger years.
She brought that same style and swagger to the fake letters and fake "last will and testament" that she and her mother Jennifer Flower read out at her sentencing.
Flower should also be charged with conspiracy and being an accomplice imo.

Well she'll only get a chance of supervised parole just before she's 80

    • @greenman6141
      @greenman6141 2 місяці тому +14

That chance of parole is a poison pill that Judge Dorow put in for precisely that reason. Because to get parole...she has to admit she did the crime.
      It is beautiful.
She will sit in prison being driven MAD by realizing her only chance of ever getting out is to admit to being a murderer and thief.
She has to admit that everything she said was a lie.
And she won't. At first, she'll still try to wriggle out of it.
What she'll do is: blame it all on her mother. But she'll have to admit there was no suicide. She'll have to admit the money was stolen - though she'll say it was her mother's doing. That she was bullied, and brain washed, and that she was protecting other people from being hurt.
And that won't fly with the parole board.
They'll want HER to take HER responsibility, and cut the fantasy.
That will continue to drive her WILD. Because to her that would be "losing". Ever admitting responsibility is anathema to psychopaths - which is what she is. That's why Chad Daybell isn't taking a plea and avoiding the death penalty..because it is just impossible for him to admit to even ONE of his billions of lies.
But eventually this awful woman will force herself to admit she did it.
And they still won't parole her.
      It will be GREAT.

I was shocked at all the fraudulent invoices she created and the fake bank accounts. That takes talent. As judge said, she found the perfect victim…no family members of Lynn left to protect her from evil. There’s no way, without something in this for her, would she put in all that time, helping Lynn. While lying to her boyfriend, saying she was going to work. In a way she was going to a job. A job of stealing Lynn’s money. That’s her income. I wonder if she reported to the IRS!!! Any add’l income is taxable. Just saying…she should be held accountable for tax fraud too.

Nothing worse than hurting someone that was good to you.
I couldn't imagine hurting an innocent person let alone hurting someone who took me in, let alone take that persons life.
The word sociopath is often over and incorrectly used, but thats definitely what this woman is.

Poor Lynne must have suffered terribly before she passed.

Ohhh My God, I was blown away by all they caught her with. All that fraud. All those fake bank accounts and invoices…holy crap. She is talented, at stealing. I’m sooo glad she got ‘her day in court’. And she acted as if she was shocked when convicted. She is a danger to the community and will reoffend, there’s no doubt.
I noticed some of the ppl in the gallery as the prosecutors laid the case out, were in shock watching all of this evidence come out. By oh by, this only happens in Wisconsin. Judge Dorow needs a raise! Ty for responding. This case was very intriguing.
That’s unbelievable that she was creating more fake evidence during her own murder trial..
Luved when the prosecutor pointed out that Lynn was probably going to be shot dead with one of the def’s guns if she hadn’t died already.
NEEEVVVVER, Evvvvver, I swear to God

The judge got this one wrong. She has shown that she cannot be rehabilitated many times and her behavior only escalated. While out on bond for another case she picks up two more fraud cases which again showed she cannot be rehabilitated.
Her behavior escalated into murder premeditated murder at that.
She has had an attitude the whole trial and showed no emotion during 98% of the trial and none during closing or even sentencing.
This lady is cold hearted and didnt care about anyone or how she hurt them. She should have been sentenced to life.

Judge Dorrow sentencing Jessy? Did she get her consent? Is it lawful law? Is this a judicial determination?

I do believe she is guilty of murder getting on here more worried, about to make the victim look bad instead of herself, how she got on here in red a supposed suicide letter to the court for two hours was just ridiculous. She told on herself by doing that, it’s not bad enough that she murdered her with eyedrops but that’s what murders do they gotta try to make that victim look bad they wanna do everything in their power to lie and make the victim. The one that was murdered and already put out of this world they want to stomp them to the ground as far as they can take them, this woman does not deserve to make a penny off of anything none of it documentaries books she don’t deserve to make a dollar off of that woman’s death

i believe she did it im just confused if the prosecutor thought ab how he said the motive was she ran out of lynns money so she was of no value to her anymore just if she was dead so jessy wouldn’t go back to prison, but she took out thousands more 1 day after killing her, as well as planned the murder months in advance (the searches & telling ppl lynn was in a coma long before she killed her) kinda don’t go along w the motive of killing her mainly bc she didn’t have anymore money for her to take. just a random observation.

Gee it sure seems like no citizen SS is actually any good at all and it’s almost like every citizen should be imprisoned forever. I mean the arbiters of justice seem to make it look so easy. Big words used in ways that never prove anything fact based. Kinda crazy that they say this chick commits, “nonsensical lies,” that seems real bad. Yet the judge and jury prosecutor claimed that the cops had good “common sense,” and well, ya know that’s a nonsensical lie
