It really depends on what you are eating it with. The glycemic index (how big spike it will cause in your blood sugar, the smaller the better) changes depending on what you put on it. Eg. If you put some seeds or nuts on top, it lowers the GI index. But, If you really want to go for "healthier" I would for sure eat whole grain or chickpea/lentil based pasta :) thank you for watching my video though, means so much 💚💚💚🌼
Haha I know, it is so weird but it's a traditional Hungarian food, it's eaten as a main dish, but it's like a dessert. Just so filling because of the pasta. I think of it more as a lifestyle of living, than a religion, since Buddhism is rooted in daily living, not religion. It totally aligns with veganism also. For those religious, God said love all and do little harm, veganism is doing as little harm and causing as little suffering as possible. I am so grateful for my decision to live in alignment with that. I celebrate 8 years Vegan at 26 this month :) Jay Shetty's On Purpose podcasts is great because he interviews experts in wellness fields and was a practicing monk for a few years. Happy listening

I feel so incredibly broken about factory farming, the main reason I started my channel is to inspire people that being vegan is not hard or extreme. And!!! well done to you for being vegan for sooo long, I am so happy to hear that, makes my day!! You are incredible! ❤️ Also, I love the key aspects of Buddhism, there is another podcast called the Highest Self podcast with Sahara Rose, she is such an incredible spiritual leader, she inspires me so much too.
