I finally made breakfast today.I sat out a frozen banana took out some fresh blueberries blended them up and added oats.I put it in the microwave it was so delicious.Thanks Flora.

szia! dehogyis buta kérdés. A nutritional yeast azt jelenti sörélesztő. Több minden miatt használom. Az első ok, hogy sajtos ízt ad az ételnek, és nagyon jól illik pl tofu rántottába, avokádó krémbe vagy vegan sajtszószba. Második ok, hogy B12 forrás, ami mivel vegán vagyok jól jön (bár szedek vitamint). A harmadik pedig, hogy szimplán nagyon egészséges :) minden esszenciális aminosav benne van (protein), van benne még cink meg más B vitaminok. Én sparban szoktam venni, de nagyon sok helyen van :) lehet netről olcsóbb rendelni
