Talent pool simply means you are now in there database waiting for them to pick you for the next stage ..and the time frame differs on how urgent they need crew and which company
I finally got the offer letter .. about to go to do medical but its gonna be challenging since theres no certified doctor here in Seychelles will have to travel to kenya or Mauritius..its gonna be a challenge to process the next steps but will go through if i get a chance to meet u on one of the ships will share my journey on your channel..bless
