    Jimmy Carter’s face just glowed when he talked about her!!! I think he’s the only man I’ve ever seen do that besides my own father. I love his smile. I love both of them for their genuine compassion and commitment to help all people, not only those in the US. I seriously doubt we will ever see that again.

      HER HUSBAND GAVE AWAY THE PANAMA CANAL AFTER A FEW STAGED PROTESTS AND AUTHORIZED "THE RESCUE THAT FAILED" REGARDING THE IRANIAN HELD HOSTAGES!?!? REMEMBER THOSE DEAD US SERVICEMEN IN THE DESERT THAT THE IRANIANS PARADED THROUGH THE STREETS OF TEHRAN????

      My Nana lived with her sister for 83 years and her sister passed away in 2013. Everyone at the funeral said that is longer than any married couple. I'm so sorry for your loss and although I don't believe time heals all wounds I hope you've found some peace. Many blessings...

    "77" Years of TOGETHERNESS, FAITHFULNESS, TRUST, LOVE, RESPECT for each other. There is so much INFIDELITY in Marriages TODAY, but these 2 Beautiful Human Beings remained FAITHFUL to each other to the Very End, and they kept their VOW to each other, in "SICKNESS and in HEALTH, To LOVE and to CHERISH, until DEATH do you Part" and Death is what has " SEPARATED" them NOW. Mrs. Rosalyn Carter, Rest in Eternal Peace and may Light Perpetual shine upon you. She will be greatly missed, but she has left a Shining EXAMPLE of what it is to " SERVE" with HUMILITY, INTEGRITY, HONESTY, and COMPASSION, and RESPECT For ALL People. To Former President Jimmy Carter and Family, my Deepest Condolences, and may GOD of all Comfort Bless you and your Family with PEACE, COMFORT and STRENGTH at this very Difficult Time. Love and Prayers. ❤💕🙏🙏🙏

    I have nothing but fond memories of Rosalynn Carter. It was a part of my childhood that was a simplier time in America. I would be pissed if I heard of any negativity about her. She leaves behind a legacy that is completely unmatched by any other first lady. I will missed this woman completely. RIP First Lady Carter.

    What an endearing couple. Condolences to all family, esp. Pres. Carter who loved and admired Rosalyn so much as his equal...the way it should be. They were so lucky to have found one another. Sad that her death is the reason I've revisited all the accomplishments of this amazing woman via all the media presentations about her, but I'm SO GLAD for the reminders of her. She was an inspiration to me in my younger years. She will go down in history as one of the most hard working 1st Ladies...walking the talk. Only she and Eleanor Roosevelt going before Congress to advocate causes...
    RIP, sweet Rosalyn Carter.

    yikes. always the race card. had to spoil the moment. i think her joy was seeing a gracious skilled interviewer. also being proud as a mom would be for a son that has worked hard to hone his craft. there is one human race. and the sooner we focus on that the better the world will be

    • @HusainHadi-r2x
      @HusainHadi-r2x 10 місяців тому

      Oh man, some people always get so triggered when anyone brings up the topic of race…. Even when the only person who brings up race is themselves. Yes you, the racist, slapped the race card on the table…. Let me explain, “Someone like me…” doesn’t necessarily have to be about race…. Since your racist brain can’t comprehend that not everything said from a black person is about race…Maybe he could mean his sexuality?
      You know, since black people and gay people have historically been chosen first, sometimes they’re the only ones, to be able to interview a president. (That’s sarcasm in case your cauliflower brain doesn’t catch on)

    Whether the bible tales make you angry depends upon what part you read. Part is crazy, part is evil. A little is encouraging. I'm sure kind christians read only the latter.

    • @pearlsrevealed
      @pearlsrevealed 10 місяців тому +2

      The Bible “tales” capture the truth about human nature and Elohim’s new covenant redemption plan. Some stories are hard to read especially in the Old Testament. But if you choose to believe who Elohim says He is
      (Exodus 34:6-8) then you can see His mercy throughout scripture. He gives us dominion and free will. When we choose Him and allow His Spirit to transform us ALL of the scripture becomes a daily invitation to receive revelation.

    • @Quaker-tc8ue
      @Quaker-tc8ue 10 місяців тому

      All due respect, you don’t have to read the Bible to ‘be’ a ‘good’ Christian.
      I was raised in an open-minded Christian home, taught to respectfully question EVERYTHING.
      Now that I’m an adult, I’d rather talk to someone of another faith or no faith, find out what they believe/don’t.
      And it took a couple of decades to absorb the lessons, but i also believe that being respectful to others as much as possible is as important as reading the Bible.

      Of course, many millions of people care.
      We do better when we have good role models to emulate. Mrs. Carter was once such person.
      Her dedication to care-giving, decades of support for mental health, working for the eradication of debilitating diseases, authoring a number of books, encouraging literacy and the arts, decorum, raising a loving family, her long and happy marriage, her understated but presentable fashion, her personal modesty and thrift are all values I admire. Etc.
