The red-haired girl is a KAIA member but is also Angela's twin sister, Charice. Angela is the girl with long black hair. I'm glad that you really like this music video. Josh is a revelation when it comes to songwriting. I love his teamwork with his cousin, Ocho the Bullet. Ocho is a good music producer. Great reaction. Love your observations.

No, I don't think she is a ghost. Angela is helping her brother-in-law get through a hard time, I think a health crisis of Charice, who they both love. The house with all the memories of the couple, the ups and downs, it looks like it is being sold, perhaps to raise the money for Charice's medical care.
