- I finally got my hands on some Folios Cheese Wraps! Folios are lightly baked sheets of cheese. They are a creative way to make a low carb, high protein wrap or roll. In today's review not only am I reviewing Folios Cheese Wraps, I am also going to show you how to make your own cheese wraps.

I've said it before, and now if you please
I really don't like, most all types of cheese
Mild or sharp, these cheddar cheese wraps
To me could be called, just plain Folio craps
Cathy's great in the kitch, I don't want to sound hasty
Whatever she makes, looks so yum and quite tasty
But that's where it ends, when it comes to things cheese
I'll only buy Folio's, when in hell it does freeze
Single I am, and I don't buy that much
Those rebate type apps, I likely won't touch
Now that Robyn has left, I'd throw in my hat
If in Nashville I lived, I'd sit where she sat
I'd help Cathy out, through the thin and the thick

Thanks for sharing. My local Walmart had crystal farms brand in mozzarella. 6 wraps for 4.28. Didn’t realize they were so easy to make. Mozzarella ones were 90 calories. 6g fat. 190mg sodium. 0 carbs and sugars. 8g of protein. For those that watch nutrition.
I've wanted to buy these for the longest time. I am so glad you showed us how to make them. So silly that I didn't think of the obvious. Anyway, glad I watched this. We all have a cheese we like so we can get the taste we want. Awesome! 😸

Bought some high quality cheese (Kerrygold Dubliner) and made my own wraps using a plate and a microwavable cover. Higher quality, better tasting and way cheaper. Thanks for making this video!

Picked up these in the parmesan flavor at my local Trader Joes and I just tried it out for lunch today. I was extremely put off by the smell that I wanted to gag from just a tiny bite lol. I'm glad other people are finding these enjoyable :)

Yummy! Never heard of the cheese wraps before. I will try making my own. Looked good and easy. Never heard of the apps you are talking about. Looking forward to review. Don’t have smart phone. Will they work with iPod or iPad?

There is another brand called Crystal Farms. My Aldi carries them and they are a pack of 6 for $4.19. I like the marble jack flavor.

I have used eBates, but none of the others. I had never thought to use cheese for a tortilla. Thinking I would be more likely to make my own. I have made cheese crisps in the microwave before. Just put shredded cheese on parchment and microwave for a minute. Let it cool and peel from the parchment. Very good for those of us who low carb but need a crunch! I have also crisped turkey pepperoni. 18 on a half sheet of paper towel for 45 seconds. Looking forward to your money saving app review!

Just go to the deli and get cheese sliced, they put the wax paper between each one and some brands are as big as the Folio. Probably get 8 slices for about the same price.
Cauliflower pizza crust is easy to make and oooh sooo good. Never used apps but am curious

Those cheese tortillas are very interesting. I'm suprised they're not greasy as a lot of cheeses are when heated. Great video, Cathy!

For lunch today, I had Mozzarella blobs from the attempt and poured a bit of Rao's marinara on it. Not bad! But not a taco shell or wrap. :P
I am definitely going to give this a try it looks quite a bit more manageable!

It sounds delicious
those are kinda cool but I wont use them at that price, but I can make my own. I bet it work better if you just stacked the cheese on top of each other and just use one sheet of parchment paper on the bottom and one on top that you might get a rounder shape. I think it would work really well to make them fit a regular tortilla wrap so you get a bite of cheese with each bite. great review and thanks for saving me a buck while at it.
I’m not sure, I think if you stack them the cheese might not heat evenly. 🤔

yuck in a patty form - shape like a . . . ? . . .
its not 0 carbs
its not good tasting
it has a taste - an aftertaste leaving that "meh" {what is that?} hmm
I have used actual cheese slices that were good for a sandwich
but like these folio things - they feel greasy and crack/split fall apart . they can be used to replace bread or a wrap, but do not expect much as it is a cheese product, but its only partial cheese

Anyone ever try cheese in a dehydrator? I don’t have a dehydrator, so I’m just curious. I doubt I would personally try it because I like cheese just fine without doing anything to it.

I think this is a really unnecessary product! You're basically rolling a piece of cheese and ham together LOL! The Folio wraps remind me of the cheese they burn to demonstrate the non-stick features of a frying pan!
