Kind of a follow up to my recent track and Klaus Schulze tribute 'Lacus Temporis'. There's at least a couple of bad notes here and there with the lead parts that I'll fix for the release version.
The MIDI controller I'm using are the Grid controllers by Intech Studio. I'm using them to mix layers, select different scenes/clips. This way I can also improvise the entire arrangement of the track in real time during the recording.
(Title of this track has nothing to do with that shit movie from 2015)
Recorded direct to DAW.
Video shot in 4k on a Sony A6400 with a 16mm prime lens. Editing and colour grading done in Da Vinci Resolve.

I still very much love this music, blessings to you!!! Love from a 76 year old lady, your creations make me so blissful!!
The first 10 minutes of build-up I was able to use in my spiritual work. In those 10 minutes, somebody helped me to merge body, mind, and spirit as one. Then I was able to transfer mind space-time and help someone by sharing my energy.
"Sequencers Are Beautiful" Klaus Schulze
This is by far, your best performance imo. Mesmerizing key changes, and the perfect blend of EDM and Berlin School. This is leagues above your previous best in every way. God, I’m going to listen to this so much.
I can dig this.
In fact S.A. has inspired me to dust off my old keyboard, get a power cube and it still works.
It's just a training keyboard, but I'm not a keyboard player...yet.
Who is born a KB player? It took me 22 years to reignite my passion for synths and keys in general. The last 18 I've been enjoying creating, practising, learning - Get "I dream of Wires" great doco on synths - But dont forget to play and enjoy. Sometimes we get so caught up in the tool/toy hardware synth that we lose sight of what its all about. We are so lucky today - I could never afford an Arp 2600 when they 1st came out - I just bought Behringers clone for Au$950!!! Enjoy
cross between tangerine dream and jean-michel jarre. a good spot to be!!!!
Klaus Is Smiling, As Am I! Outstanding!
Next station - Saturn?..)
Maybe!
Yeah do the whole solar system Pat . And beyond .
@@Wolfbabypuppylove definitely
Just stop before we get to Sounds of Uranus.
@@pthomas36 🤣 Bravo!
Just loving this. Getting lost in the hypnotic trance…. I’m old but it takes me back to the early days of TD and Klaus Schulze. In a good way. With a renewed energy and still unique sound. I keep listening to Memory Drift in a loop. Great stuff. Thank you.
No words to describe this performance. Just keep them coming.
BRAVO! WELL DONE!!
'Ole Audiophile to StateAzure: This is a wonderful track & I believe it's one of your best works. But I have to insert a proviso in there. A mind is a weird thing when listening. My mind has to be in the right state of perception to listen to this piece. If it glances off & I get distracted or lose focus, I know my heads wrong for some reason for now. But boy, when it sometimes just clicks into place when my mind is correct, this piece is really inventive & it takes me places. Sorta weird, I know but there's more to being a good listener than just sitting there. Thanx for being such a wonderful composer, sir.
I bet you don't get all that many play thru's with a 36 minute plus piece but I've made this journey several times completely. Worth the effort!
My mind went immediately to Blade Runner - loved it !
Everyone has their own 'Tour de force' piece. IMHO, it seems State Azure has just created his own Tour de force. Mesmerising.
There’s only one thing that’s missing on UA-cam, and that’s a studio tour from State Azure.
It might happen eventually, or not...There's really not much to show, it's a small room, everything has been seen there in other videos and behind the camera it's a bit of a mess right now!
@@stateazure not a tour of the room per se, but a narrated run through of all the equipment, instruments, monitors, lightings, software etc. Would be cool!
@@teo11300 I'll keep it in mind, for sure!
I've listened to hundreds of hours on this channel. That would be really cool! I'd love to hear some instruction or behind-the-scenes explanation!
@@stateazure as someone starting out on a small keyboard that be cool to just get I guess afew run through and exploring your set up
Wow! Your whole vibe/setup is just so clean, and beautiful. Thank you!
Your songs and video productions are stellar! The best I've heard on UA-cam. Thanks for sharing your music.
Another wonderful track, SA. Man, the hits just keep on coming!
I had to hear it again after the live show. It was excellent for second listening also. Thank you so much for the experience!

I have no words what I’m listening but amazing sound ! ❤️👍👍👍👍👍
I love it!! In the style of Klaus Schulze, beautiful and so relaxing!!
best . ever. of your compositions. period. amazing
this was ascending...i can hear so many different "indications" from other artists in this piece, but youve gathered them to a new level. amazing stuff!
Thank you, glad you liked it!
Your setup is one-of-a-kind. And the content you create is exceptionally good! 👍
Many thanks!
So beautiful State. Thanks.
Superb outstanding performance, as we've all come to expect... Thank you once again for a truly inspirational track.
Thanks, Rob!
Hommage to Klaus Schulze...
Love The Sounds in This Well Done
Fantastic composition to send through the Voyager probes further into the universe📡
signature sound
This was a very superb performance and it was a joy watching the chord changes in action. Beautiful in every way. I aspire my own music after yours, so I hope that's okay... Cheers, friend!
I keep on playing this track on Spotify & also here on UA-cam. Continues to be a terrific sonic journey - some of your best work!
Glad you enjoy it!
¡By Vangeli's Beard! ¡This is amazing! I'm a Zodiac Knight saving Athena
is like a journey to the past...magnificent improvisation with asthonising sound and quality... with state azure time travelling is possible...
Puxa...isso é como se a gente estivesse viajando pelo espaço sideral... muito linda essa música ❤️
Moving performance. Thank you. RIP Vangelis.
Bring me memories of JMJ Oxygene II first listening under the night sky. Beautiful. 🌌
I like that ❤️and the longer I listen to it, the more I like it❤️
And you told me a Klaus Schulze tribute was very challenging. I heard the Schulze sound almost right away, and had to scroll to your notes to prove it. I think you've nailed it and how! Happy Friday and thank you for your beautiful music. As a personal note, I took my teenage daughter and her mates to see Kraftwerk 3-d a few weeks back - they where thrilled...
Thank you, Harold!
Beautiful music ❤️🙏🎼
Excellent!
awesome , thank you
Stellar performance, great piece!
Man, your setup is just quality.

I like listening to the music 🎶 it keeps me getting through the day you're welcome my friend state ensure.
We are viewing the central control and command center for State Azur.
Excellent !
Maravilla de la ingeniería electrónica aplicada a los sonidos, envolvente, ambiental, me recuerda mucho a Klaus Shultz y Tangerin Dream buen trabajo de laboratorio sonoro excelente para disfrute de los que aman este sonido...
Very nice, merci!
Brilliant
Great music and amazing sound !
Gives me hard Portal 2 vibes

creates an awesome atmosphere I can almost smell it
thats exactly what I like hails from drauglur from germany
Thx from 🇪🇸
It's too good !!!
Rockin .
Big fan of your music 👌👌
Thank you!
I love this.
I recognise some of the sounds that I am sure was used in the music for the mobile phone game Smash Hit.
I know the author used analogue synths but not if he used modular synths.
I just love anything Jarre-esque.
Super coOL!!
amazing I can feel my
nerve simulation!!!
great journey
Klaus Schulze would be proud of you and your artwork! 👍
I like the music you play nice and peaceful.
Thanks!
@@stateazure you're welcome my friend you're 🎶 touches my heart ❤️
WTF is this good !!! 🧡💛💙💜
Reeeeally nice.
Felicitari!
I'm hooked :)
Wonderful! Cheers :-)
Great again, reminiscent of the early work by Jean Michel Jarre, love that vintage flavor.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT THIS TRACK IS AMAZING
That studio looks like some type of starship cabin.
💯👌
Ascending to the stars. K.Schultz, E.Froese, J.M.Jarre in the launch module. We have lift off !
Stupid good
The clip suggested by UA-cam after this one is "COLONIZING MARS" by Common Sense Skeptic. :)
👍👍👍👍👍🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵
👍
it is different music.... but the quality and value of this is definitely comparable to "Oxygen" from Jean Michel Jarre nearly 50 years ago..... this here sounds like a classic and like a legend!

Thanks so much. I feel your influences. How's about a cover of some thing a bit darker, say from Sorcerer or Thief? Just found.
