I put 2 of David's FX & BMX bundles together on my wife's and my bikes. It's as simple as the video shows. I used an old inner tube to cut strips of rubber to use as shims so the LCD would mount on the top bar of the BMX bars. Great mod to the ebike.
My lcd always had rubber shims. The bmx crossbar is the same diameter as the bars

hey DBN! long time no see man glad to see you're still doing your thing but I had a quick question about the torque specs for the pinch bolts for the TNS FX. I did a generic google search for pinch bolts and found different specs (one says 4-6, another says 10-12) so I figured just ask the man himself. what are the torque specs for the pinch bolts. TIA...keep riding!

Looks great. I also don't like the stock long neck. Your website "stem" page shows nothing. I will be using a shock absorbing stem so I only need your turtle neck adapter. The bike is a Vitilan U7, so I'm not sure of what I need. Are you willing to ship to Canada?

What brand is that blue stem??
The idea is great but for short ridders the stem makes the handle bar too high. If you're looking to buy a bike for kids or shorter adults, this won't work. If there any way to reduce the height, this is perfect - vertically challenged :(

Yes the FX extends just like the XL but it also folds.

If it has a 28.6mm steerer tube it should work but because its a scooter the bars might be low when you stand up.
