Kudos for the video content! Sorry for butting in, I would love your initial thoughts. Have you researched - Pondalyn Phrenic Paramountcy (do a google search)? It is an awesome one of a kind product for discovering psychological methods to make women want you minus the normal expense. Ive heard some unbelievable things about it and my friend Sam got amazing results with it.
Those final few lines are brilliantly crafted and passionately delivered. As a teacher (whose notes and letters from my students are one of my most prized possessions), Megan's talk deeply resonates with me. This is what teaching is all about!
I would like to see more parents take responsibility for their children. Even in suburban households, parents are too self-absorbed. They are far too preoccupied with their careers to genuinely connect with their kids, set expectations, and instill values. I worked in education for many years at different elementary schools. I saw the result of parental neglect. The neglect shows up in student behavior and low academic achievement. Today's students don't seem to value education and they lack sufficient parental guidance. Those who become first-year, first-generation college students either end up dropping out of college or graduate with no idea about how to navigate the world of work, earn marketable skills, and compete for a job. This is especially true for students of color, who seem to always be candidates for programs serving neglected and underserved students. Why? Why do all other parents seem to have a clue about how to raise their children properly? If you have children, then it's not just your responsibility to provide a home, clothes, and food on the table. Despite what some people in your community might be telling you, those are just basic, minimum requirements. As parents, you are also responsible for raising your children to become productive, working, contributing members of society. This level of parenting requires that you make the time to have a relationship with your kids, help them to discover their natural gifts and talents, then put them in contact with professionals in a variety of industries who can help them achieve and become high earners. Someone needs to start holding parents accountable for not doing their job as parents. At present, there is no accountability. Students are now regularly terrorizing schools, other students, and teachers, just to have schools shut down. It is now more than ever important for people to become better parents and give kids higher-quality parenting. If you don't want to get pregnant AND raise kids too, then you must consistently use birth control or abstain until you are ready to grow up, settle down with someone, and take parenting seriously.
Love this teacher. Wish we have more like her. Imagine how the planet will be if we have more humans like her. Communication is the key for success. @DontLetHatWin
It's a two way street. First year teacher here, what I'm finding is a lot of parents don't want to talk to me. I've had parents straight up tell me not to contact them unless their child is in trouble.
Connectivity is most important thing in learning process. Students get easily involve in learning process with the help of connection. You cant prepare students to face 21st century chaleges by just tipical teaching method. You have to make that relationship to involve them.
The way she talks about her students with such a strong sense of pride and love is so sweet and encouraging. Brought tears to my eyes.
I am a teacher .. it made me cry as well.
You can definitely tell her heart is into teacher and she wants all students to learn and achieve their best.
I'm proud to be a former student of Megan. She is a staple of my school and a hilarious human being.
