PMO Trends 2024 - Increasing Levels and Presence of PMOs

The number of PMOs within the organisation were increasing (project and programme level) and also the number of ePMOs - enterprise-level PMOs - were at 33% (up from 22% in 2018).
This was 2020, who knows where we’re at now??
We look at the positive and negative consequences and also the unintended consequences of the increase of PMOs in organisations today.
