Thanks Pierre, I tried out a new editing software this time around called Descript is such a different way of editing kind of blows my mind how it works.

Glad to see you're expanding your workspace! So, do you still need to apply finish in the bathroom? Looking forward to see how the workshed saga went... Obviously you survived!

So far until we get the shed insulated and add a de-humidifier some days the house bathroom spray booth still has to be utilized 🤣

Hey Chad, can you give us a breakdown of your work pc there? I like the digital sign I can see peaking up by the Kitty Kat.

Sure thing my work computer at this time was a Mac Mini 16gb ram with 2 32” Samsung monitors, I have since switched to a MacBook Pro 24gb of ram now I can take it with my on the road but still using my monitors when home.

OK so did you say what the biggest expense is? I must have missed it 😔

Make sure you don't go past the 18 months, miss the final payment, or have your math off by one month. All the zero interest credit cards are just fine, but the fine print almost always says that you'll be on the hook for 18 months' interest for the entire purchase if you don't pay it off in its entirety within the 18-month window.
It is better to be a month early and be safe than accidentally owe an extra $1,500 or something on your $6,800 shed! :)

You’re definitely right in the end everyone wants to make money off of you, especially credit card companies, so definitively be careful and read the terms. I have seen where if you miss a payment the 0% interest can be terminated, with interest rates as high as 26% that could be disastrous.
