MCreator should defenetly add a way to use modded stuffs without having to mess with the files, I took 2 months to figure out how to comoatibilise my ores with the crushing wheels of create mod. I can’t imagine how difficult is to make the create stuff additions

BTW theres a create api plugin for 2024.2 which adds the create mod to your minecraft dev platform or whatever, so if you make custom create recipes, they will be testable within mcreator

could you show how to play the create and flywheel mod in mcreator, how to use rotational power, animate to rotational power, and how to make fluids in fluid tanks, and spouts.
to play them, use the "All The Mods" plugin. About Rotational Force it's too complex / messy and not sure if it's possible. About fluids i think that it should be compatible by default
This is also pretty modifiable as well! Not to mention that using the Mechanical crafter "templates," you're able to modify the pattern and arrange ANY blocks or item in WHICHEVER pattern you want to make ANY block / item as an output! The possibilities are limitless!
For anyone screaming for Part two, Create Mod is an API and therefore there is somewhere a Wiki with all the Code and propably also Text Tourtorials on how to make it per hand. This video shows it perfectly how to mix them both together. And NEVER give up on your projects!
Install create in c:/users/(your user)/mcreatorworkspaces/(your mod id)/run/mods. Then run pressing play. I think you have to run the create mod through some de-idk-ifier for it to work.
Paragraph incoming. No offence to you mate, But MCreator is the worst way to learn how to make a mod, in my opinion. If you want to use it for it's simplicity, Yeah that's.. fine-ish. But anyone who uses this as a first look at modding, and thinks "Oh YeAh, ThIs WiLl Be EaSy" and then tries another method of modding will find that it's much more complicated than dragging and dropping things into place. For a mod as complicated as Create, I don't think the best way to get quality addons is to teach people how to churn out their... "questionable" ideas with MCreator. Aside from the complaints about the platform, the video is informative and quite good. Edit: I still stand with my point that -Most- mods made with MCreator are questionable at best, and provide unrealistic expectations of modding. However, after looking at some well made mods using it, such as the ones that Furtitwo have created, I have concluded that not all mods from MCreator are terrible.
*(As a member of the team and one of the 2 most active devs)* I agree with the fact MCreator is a "too easy" way to create questionable ideas (i personally think it would have be better with something like how SkriptMc works), and we are getting a lot of trouble with it (as most of the popular modding teams using mcreator are hiding all the proofs of it, being transparent about it is giving us a penalty). I don't think mcreator is really a problem, i think modding platforms like curseforge should make it harder to get approved (because a lot of peoples want to add a few things to their private game experience without having to learn java, or are only pixel artist-model makers trying to do decoration mods. Removing Mcreator isn't an answer, as bad mods will always be here, made using pre-made mod elements so probably even worse). And yes, after using it, everything seems harder, but most of the real (I mean non-8yo beginner) mcreator modders are using it with a lot of java editing, or progressively learning java to compensate Mcreator missing elements.
Btw Create is only an example due to the fact many people on our discord are doing add-ons related to Create:Confectionery, so mostly adding food items
mcreator was made for people who didn't understand code. there is a lot of potential for users of it, it's just that a few bad apples made shitty mods.

Nope. From my sources, MCreator is always up to date. Only if you somehow manage to downgrade MCreator

How do I play the mod I made? Do I just press play or do I put the mod into forge with create?
Install create in c:/users/(your user)/mcreatorworkspaces/(your mod id)/run/mods. Then run pressing play. I think you have to run the create mod through some de-idk-ifier for it to work.
