I knew this game as "Violence Fight" in 1992, the character was called Bad Blue not Bat, and the music was totally different, I know there was a Vilence Fight 2 but it was practically the same only with some extra characters. I don't know if this is a hack or something.
In the intro it says *"VIOLENCE FIGHT"* like 10 times, then the title comes: *Solitary Fighter* ... what? Did they changed the title the last minute, just to make it sound more similar to the more famous Street Fighter?
In the first game you could choose Ron Max and Tony Won to play with them in vs mode, I don't remember how but when I was a teenager was so comun with a combination of buttons before the match. Very likely the first Killer Instinct arcade

I'm almost dead certain the game was first released in early 1990 under the "Violence Fight" name.
It's the sequel to Violence Fight. The first one doesn't have bimbos interrupt the fight to stab you.
