This is just an intro video, the full subject will be made clear as you go through the lessons. I am not sure what you are asking in your question All verbs are derived and you recognise a verb by the scale, and the scale is dictated by the BAAB (door) that root has gone through. All we need to do is become familiar with the different scales and we will be able to understand all the details of the verb you cannot make verbs, they are already there
You are wrong, harakat of fi’il mudharik cannot be determined from fi’il madhi. Harakat of those 2 fi’ilain only can be determined trough sam’iyat, yakni from what is written in the dictionary.
