I don't know how you came up with the customized recipe, but I like it. it's that much smoother with the saline. I just tried both after watching your video and I'm glad I had all the ingredients.

Yes, the Pisco Sour is the first one we crack open that new bottle for... but ive since have a favourite Pisco themed drink which is the Cupid's Cup: 45ml Pisco, 30ml Aperol, 30ml Lemon Juice, 30ml Simple Syrup, Egg white Basic ingredients and the drink is delicious! Im gonna try this CHIRULÍN cocktail as soon as i cook up some Cinnamon Syrup... err whats a Loomis? :D

Dude...truth be told...French guys have a total unfair advantage when speaking English. As an English guy who does his best in French from time to time, I sound awkward and dumb. But a French guy speaking English with a thick accent and even mistakes actually sound sophisticated!! Work with it!! It's awesome and we appreciate hearing from you!
