Looks like a really good way to do it. And the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Daiquiri is definitely something to be able to make. When I make batch cocktails for a party, the Royal Bermuda Yacht Club Daiquiri is almost always the one that runs out. It's a crowd pleaser. (I know it's supposed to be served up, but I serve the batched version on ice because it's hard to keep batched cocktails cold enough to serve up.)
Love the video! Can you please link to the essence bottles you are using in the video? The ones I found don’t make a good enough seal and I can smell the essential oil leaking out of the cap
I think both have their purpose but I lean most of the time towards the liqueur mostly because they are (usually) less sweet so that means you can use more of it for better flavor without making it too sweet. If you can try it, I recommend it. Plus it’s shelf stable so..😉
Cool! Would love to make it some time, (maybe also interesting to use just the ‘tincture’ as some kind of bitter…). Where do you get your essential oils though? Here in the Netherlands all the shops say it’s not for intake (while I think that’s mainly a safety precaution for people who’d use it in its pure form)
Here is impossible to buy. So normaly we make it ourselves. I do a amazonian version with local ingredients: 250ml Pisco Italia 4 bolaina (local fruit that give a cloves, cinnamon and raisin flavor) 10 allspice berries 1 rugged lime peel 6 gingers slices 50 gr of leftover brazil nut from orgeat. 250 ml spiced syrup
Lol, so here’s the story, it ran out of batterie 3 years ago. I had it in a video and someone mentioned it. I didn’t change the battery and the next week, I got more comments on it. Since then I only wear the watch I’m my videos and never changed the battery and I think I will never 😂

In light of this being a global channel, the most challenging part is sourcing the essential oils.
Or course I want a compilation of cocktails 👌😁
A live one? 😉
This is awesome content! I love the direction this is going. An all spice dram would also make a great video as it can be pretty hard to find.

Nice hack for the batch cocktails. When having cocktail parties, the simpler the better 💯

What stir-plate are you using to emulsify the oils in alcohol?
Excited to try this one! I’ve been trying to get by with orgeat & allspice dram with some tiki bitters 😅
have a question for you: can I make these oils in one bottle? does each ingredient have to be made separately?
Yes a falernum that I don't need 9 lime zested. To be fair I by falernum syrup but I do have a few oils already so I may give this a try!

Looks like you need a new battery for your Casio Royale!😉

@ LOL! It is a good looking watch. A classic!
Just make a clarified super juice lime cordial and add tinctures too it.
