      If and only when used against a near comatose person.Dorry, just facts.
      P.s...i used to do aikido and love the flow and how good it looks when in the dojo, but not very effective in a real fight.

    Much better to show the techniques super slow. It really gets my goolies when shown fast. Studies have shown that the mind cannot absorb fast. Of course when the proverbial crap hits the fan it is a given to move fast.

    Pretty sure number 1 is iriminage not tenchinage. In Iwama style it is not practiced in such direct way though.

    You must work on the issue of trust and that the victim or the person who is being harmed decides to defend and attack the most important thing, good luck

    The first technique is not tenshi nage, it's irmi nage, and that's not how it's performed. He would never pull that off in real life done this way.

    • @LondonSelfDefenceAcademy
      @LondonSelfDefenceAcademy  Місяць тому

      Yes you might have point with the technique being more of a close line. In a real life you do the best you can and you probably wouldn’t be doing complicated techniques like this. The determination and practice will however show if one can pull it off or not. If you have a better way please send it to us after all wee are all learning from each other. Thanks for watching

    I like where you’re going with this, but I don’t think you have a real understanding of what is being presented with the “kick/punch/ irimi-nage”.
    Probably better just to understand the irimi principle first and then work with the irimi nage from a fundamental mechanics application. Speed and power are less of a requirement than mechanical application of the arm and body position / movement.

      Thank you for us what is important is what would work in a real situation on the street of course this is just a demo and as there is no perfect attack there is no perfect technique. We appreciate your feedback

    O I UNDERSTAND IT. IT'S COOL 😎👍💯.
    AND PEOPLE DO SAY ALL KINDS OF STUPIDNESS ABOUT IT.
    THIS IS AN EXAMPLE I'M SAYING, IF JOHN HAVE A DIFFERENT SKILL FROM KEVIN.
    JOHN SHOULDN'T BE SAYING ANY STUPID THINGS ABOUT KEVIN SKILLS WHICH HE(JOHN) DON'T KNOW

    • @LondonSelfDefenceAcademy

      Yes people should be respectful to each other however things work differently
      nowadays still every opinion should be taken into consideration as one can always learn. But yes experience beats any keyboard warrior 🙂
      One thing to say is big dogs don’t need to bark 🙏
