One of the best burgers I used to have (bar closed down years ago) was blackened, topped with cheddar, bacon, lettuce, tomato with burger sauce served on toasted sourdough. Another great one was kind of a patty melt thing, except the sourdough bread was grilled with parmesean cheese. It had tomato, bacon, cheese and mayo. Finally, you just can't beat a great green chile cheeseburger.
Love it and I will be trying these.
@@EliteBBQSmokers Oh, forgot to mention I would order that first one medium-rare.

I like that SPG shaker. I think I'm going to put together a shaker and fill it with SPG. Makes things a lot easier.
100% Agree. Also, premake some and put it in the freezer. That way it stays fresh and easy to refill the shaker as needed

brother you killed this cook! I can't wait to get my smoke stone!
Thank you and we love cooking on it
This is one you definitely need to wrap in paper before you try to eat it. Bacon and pickles on that would be fantastic.
Agree and that would be a good addition
Onions as buns is not my thing... But those burger patties look awesome!
I understand and thank you. They were delicious 🤤
Love a good Flying Dutchman burger
Me too
Heck yea !!! Looks FANTASTIC !!! 💪🎻🏆😁
Thanks 👍 it was good
Looks awesome.
Kudos on not overworking your ground beef. You didn't really make a point out of it -- but heavily kneading and mashing it together ruins it. It's burger, not meatloaf. Haha.
And of course, Duke's again. 👍🏻
Thank you and I appreciate the information
