It's got so much vinegar in it, I imagine the pH is below the 4 minimum USDA requires for non-refrigerated storage.

less vinegar and add ketchup.
Some molasses or honey could be added to balance out the acidic taste of the vinegar.
I made this and it was waaaay too hot. omg I could barely stand it. Was it cuz I added to much paprika? I heard that stuff is spicy
You can remove the seeds from the peppers to take away most of the heat.
It's the serranos. Paprika isnt hot at all
