Samsung released the Galaxy Buds App on PC, so you don't need to borrow your friends phone anymore to change most of these settings. That's how i set up my Galaxy buds 2 pros. Only things missing on the PC app are: 360 audio settings, game settings, neck stretch reminders IIRC.
@@KVI580 ANC is a little worse than my Jabra 85ts, I wouldn’t get the galaxy buds for ANC. But Galaxy buds 2 pros’ ambient/transparency mode is much clearer than the 85ts. Though one of my biggest complaints is that if you’re in a quiet setting with no background noise, you will hear a static hiss, sort of like rainfall, when you have the buds 2 pros on ambient/transparency mode. Incredibly annoying, and was not that loud or noticeable on the Jabra 85ts. Calls, I can’t say much. Used them twice to answer calls, no one complained about the quality/volume so I assume it’s good.

Also im thinking of Beats studio buds, but i havent use them personally and they look good for gym etc, but not so professional looking, any idea which i should buy?

We really just need the app to set up the earbuds, and after that, you can control everything using the buds itself. But if you want earbuds that are more compatible with iPhones, there’s brands like Jabra, Sony, Anker Soundcore. Jabra is releasing two new buds, Elite 8 Active and Elite 10. I think for your needs, you might want to look at the Elite 8 Active. The youtube channel DHRME put out a few good videos on both of these buds. There’s also Sony’s Linkbuds S, XM4, XM5. XM4s should be cheaper now that XM5 is out. Sony’s buds are usually Top 5 for ANC. Anker’s Soundcore line is more budget friendly, with a lot of value for the price. There’s Liberty 4 NC, Liberty 3 Pro, and Space A40. IIRC, those all have ANC and ambient mode.

As a previous airpods pro 1 user buds pro 2 had me thinking. The touch controls is absolutely annoying while using while lying down on the bed. Accidentally pausing the video and ANC turning on and off is annoying as hell. When it comes to features like find the device it’s absolutely non existent in the ios for such tws. Its a shame that samsung is not good enough to make an app for the same.Its critical to have such apps since these tiny things can get lost easily. Regarding sound quality and battery life these pair perform better than my almost 2 yr old airpods pro.(Not pro 2). 5/10 Not recommended 🥹

Can't ge it to work with my Xiaomi pad 5 nor Huawei P20 Pro. Detects my Buds FE but needs to install additional software which is unabe to install because "your device is not compatible with this version" or just simply I can't run the app after installation.

ANC on any earphones generally doesn't cutout people talking and high pitched noises. It cuts out the low freq. and continuous pattern sounds like engine sound etc. effectively. You could say it makes things a little less disturbing in such situations.
360 audio is not good for music or normal videos except movies with dolby support (multi channel) which only the pro series supports not regular models and at the end of the day it's a personal choice as well. You can use it with iP 13 like I showed in the video.
Well, you can't cross check this on an iPhone as there is no app but when I connected back to my android phone it still stays at the same setting that I had left it earlier. These settings stay and get stored on the earphones independently so it should work.

For iphone either is fine as 24bit audio and dolby support is irrelevant for non samsung phones. Both of them cost very close these days so check out the deals.
