One thing is, the sound you get fresh from the box is different from a sound you already adjusted or tuned in the EQ. Maybe he did not move or adjusted anything. Airpods might just have a warm sound out of the box just like the soundpeats, buds 2 pro needs a little tweaking and boom, ur ready to go. Buds 2pro owner here btw, just upgraded from buds 2.

Which looks better? Buds 2 Pro or AirPods Pro 2? is a matter of taste Airpod Pro 2 tries to balance the music and present it as it really is But Galaxy Buds 2 Pro shows the sound with more ups and downs than real and tries to make the song more exciting. Hey I got a question which would u recommend me to buy: a) Huawei freebuds pro2 or b) galaxy buds pro 2 (quick thing I don t have neither huawei or samsung phone)
The samsung anc is weaker because they have a open vent design which let's in more noise passively but also means they are more comfortable/airy. Airpods anc is quieter but the pressure it puts in your ear canal gets quite uncomfortable. In that regard the buds 2 are more usable, playing music with anc on drowns out the noise anyway.
This is a very in depth but not too long review. One item you left off which I think AirPods Pro 2 are the absolute best of the best, transparency mode. The AirPods Pro 1 were very good but the transparency on the 2 version is freaky good.
is the ANC that weak on both of them? i think something is wrong with the test because my friend has nothing earbuds and they completely block off the noise in a loud environment
These are the update the AirPods Pro needed and they still have the best transparency mode out there , Sony and Bose still have superior ANC, battery life and probably sound quality though that's more subjective but still these are the best for Apple users obviously.
Buddy AirPods Pro 1st gen are better as a concept because they have the portability great features & AirPods Pro 2 seals the deal with Better Audio, ANC, Transparency mode & AIRPODS CANT BE BEAT! Well if any other earbuds are ahead in a way in the future it will never be enough until Apple releases another of AirPods pair with its own style of enforcing the best features in a better way, Good Job Apple for being the best no matter if it’s Arguably as some people have difficulty admiring the best/ Most popular earbuds on the damn market. It’s much more then the earbuds it’s how polished it is I don’t even remember to take them off they feel so comfy
Hi Aaron good video like usual. I was wondering something about the wh1000xm4s. Does your headphones still make that annoying crackling popping noise?? I read a discussion on reddit that usig silica packs work. I just wondering if you can test this or shed some knowledge. Also do you get this issue with your xm5s?? edit: Have the xm5 auto anc settings been updated to optional yet?? and do you know any other solutions to the xm4 crackling issue i really dont want to get a pair of broken headphones.
I have owned the WH-1000xm4 and I had zero issues with the sound and noise cancelling. Never noticed any cracking sound after 1,5 years of use. The xm4’s also have a bigger driver than xm5 + the foldable design. Just my take on the headphones
buds2 seems like a overall better buy, because of better compatibility with more devices, not to mention they are much cheaper, India buds 2 pro are 150$ on sale rn vs 330$ for airpods pro gen 2.
There are other earphones that have better sound quality than the airpods but the airpods pro do everything so good that they are a very round product overall
I’m sorry to say but I find this hard to believe, I prefer using my AirPods to my Galaxy Buds because they’re more comfortable but the Galaxy Buds sound incredibly much better to me, just wish they had a better design because they’re harder to adjust in the ear
I am comparing buds pro 1st gen and airpods pro gen 2. Buds pro with S21U, airpods with Iphone 14 pro max. Airpods win: Slightly sound quality Better ANC More clear human sound and drum sound Galaxy buds pro win: Connection stability 360 audio Connect speed(whenever i stop the music and play, airpods need to wait 2 to 5 second, the video is playing with no sound) Slightly more comfortable Better overall performance when you use only one side Can choose what sound style you want
Hey Aaron any idea what the latency on each of these ear buds? I like connecting ear buds to my PC and use them for both movies and fps games, which one better?
do you feel pressure while anc is activated? my airpods pro 1 is such a bad purchase i can't tolerate the pressure and i have no interest on using my anc. idk what to do with it i ended up buying a huawei freebuds 4i and used it more often than my airpods
Im an audio engineer something is definitely wrong with how you bounced the sound from the galaxy buds 2 if I heard that crap quality Id return in a heart beart ❤😂
there’s an app for the galaxy buds available on ios as well and it makes it sound a million times better than its default preset. it’s made officially by samsung btw.
Will there be a comparison vs the sony wf 1000xm4? I have both those and the first gen airpods pro, got the sonys because they sound better. The airpods work better as I do have a few apple devices and they are more comfortable.
buds 2 pros are something you have to get used to. Their sound profile is kinda weird at first. I was terrified when I first got them because I thought they didnt sound good at all. After a month or so I got used to it and now they sound good. I can still hear a clear difference in the overall sound profile and style when I swap between my sony xm5's, but it doesnt bother me anymore
I' am very much looking forward on the Bose QC II earbuds vs the SONY WF1000-XM4 comparison video hopefully it will come out soon, the BOSE retail stores here don't let you sample their earbuds unlike the SONY who has sample devices. so it's hard to decide between the two with no comparison
Do not take this guy for granted because i am a reseller and i had both pairs side by side and i can surely say the buds2 Pro sound amazing and have very solid ANC despite airpods which sound amazong too but they're locked on ios platform. It is a shame that Apple didn't develop an app for Airpods on Android, they could be the best headphones on the market for many years to come for real. But yeah one on another the Buds2 Pro are a solid pair of headphones that is worth buying especially if you're a Samsung user.
bro the galaxy buds 2 do not sound like that, i own a pair of buds 2s and ive tested the apple pro 2s also. the bass on the buds are better and they honestly sound like trash in your video. hope you can check that out
Listened with the AirPods Pro 2nd generation to this and they sound better to me. More natural, while Galaxy Buds2 Pro have unnatural spikes in sound… I might be a little biased in this case, but I’m no Apple fanboy.
That sound was inaccurate. I own the Pro 2s and it sounds nothing like that. There's something about the design that is not translating well to his mic setup.
There's something really wrong with how you record the sound on the Samsung. They are so so good in real life. And even when I compared it airpods pro 1. They sound much more fuller and overall the sound was better. I know this is pro 2. But your comparison is very unreal.
Bro I have both buds but men your galaxy buds2 pro sound sucks idk why. In my test it's much better galaxy buds2 pro than the airpods pro 2 on sound quality and the active noise cancelation it's not that bahain:)
Airpods for me. However I am inclined to wait for the Beats Fit Pro gen 2 assuming it'll have the H2 chip as well, better fit for my ears and more bass (unless APP2 has caught up). One thing Aaron : Samsungs have some EQ option s - did their audio improve with this?
It seems that the recordings are misleading. The sound very different and the airpods pro 2 do sound much better in this video. Why are the recordings of the buds 2 pro more distorted than the recordings of the airpods pro 2? :)
I have both apple airpods pro (gen1) and Samsung galaxy buds2 pro. Galaxy buds 2 pro sounds better than airpods when using samsung mobile. I could hear more definitions and sound details using it with other features. I used with Samsung note 10+ and would not recommend any other to Samsung phones. Same clarity does not exist when connected to iphone or with air-pod on iphone. So your sound test is not ok and needs to be done when each item is connected to its echo system
I have both.. AirPods clear winner in noise cancelling. In terms of clarity and soundstage AirPods are slightly better, but Samsung have way better base and loudness which is what I prefer so I use my Samsung buds way more..
That's because these test are super gimmicky and unrealistic. Truth is, they are not accurate at all - the galaxy buds sound significantly better when you try the actual earbud.
@@corE452 What are you talking about? Look at the graphs of the airpods vs the galaxy buds, it's clear who the winner is. Also this video is wildly unrealistic as to how the earbuds themselves sound: did you ever think about all the factors that go into play? However, I've been completely impressed with the Pro 2's audio. I'm even using 360 audio now without the head tracking. A feature I previously hated.
Recorded them and the AirPods with the same microphone system. No modifications just purely what the mics picked up.
Aaron I watched your video before buying Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro and man this is indeed a superb pair of earbuds.. I’m loving it.
BTW I got it today itself for ₹8699/- in India that converts to around $107.00. Thank you for your review.
You’re welcome, glad it helped
Man how did you get for 8.7, cheapest I can get them is 11k
@@ManuSaraswat I ordered yesterday from Amazon.. ₹14999 actual price and over it I got ₹2000 coupon discount and ₹4299 SBI credit card instant discount.
@@ManuSaraswat I got my bus2 pro in Canada for 100.7 CAD all in from preorder. That's like 73 USD lol.
@@ManuSaraswat no way to get them for 8.7k ... wondering how to get it for 11k?
We need them vs the Sonys! (I know you're probably working on it as we speak haha) Can't wait!
Hey I got a question which would u recommend me to buy: a) Huawei freebuds pro2 or b) galaxy buds pro 2 (quick thing I don t have neither huawei or samsung phone)
Does the AirPods Pro gen 2 have better latency than previous chip?
The samsung anc is weaker because they have a open vent design which let's in more noise passively but also means they are more comfortable/airy. Airpods anc is quieter but the pressure it puts in your ear canal gets quite uncomfortable. In that regard the buds 2 are more usable, playing music with anc on drowns out the noise anyway.
100% agree.
Finally been waiting for a review like this
You are too funny! Thank you for brightening my day!
No problem :)
This was great. The buds 2pro are like 120bucks on sale. I was wondering how they compare. For 100 bucks+ less, I think I'll go with Samsung.
This is a very in depth but not too long review. One item you left off which I think AirPods Pro 2 are the absolute best of the best, transparency mode. The AirPods Pro 1 were very good but the transparency on the 2 version is freaky good.
Could you please elaborate on the missing features of the airpods pro gen 2 when using them with an android?
is the ANC that weak on both of them?
i think something is wrong with the test because my friend has nothing earbuds and they completely block off the noise in a loud environment
Just discovered you're channel and your videos are awesome!
Can you compare the airpods pro 2 to the Beats fit pro ?
Have both and many more brands. The AirPod Pro 2 have amazed me.
what do you have to say, about these two compared 1more evo?
These are the update the AirPods Pro needed and they still have the best transparency mode out there , Sony and Bose still have superior ANC, battery life and probably sound quality though that's more subjective but still these are the best for Apple users obviously.
AirPods Pro 2 has much more sound quality than Sony 💀
Omg, I want to thank you for this incredible review. You doing a great job
'I'll Get Over You' said the Quick Brown Fox to the Lazy Dog...Great video!
Lol thank you!
Latency Test on the new airpods?
Thanks for making different subtitles
No problem
buds2 seems like a overall better buy, because of better compatibility with more devices, not to mention they are much cheaper, India buds 2 pro are 150$ on sale rn vs 330$ for airpods pro gen 2.
Shesh on my 14 pro the sound is night and day for me. AirPods Pro 2 are much more clear
Thank you for this video. I just ordered AirPods Pro 2.
Your recent review of AirPods Pro gen2 was the best and solid review I have ever seen for ear buds. Superb work and accurately done.
There are other earphones that have better sound quality than the airpods but the airpods pro do everything so good that they are a very round product overall
Awesome review! Just curious after watching this, which is better Airpods Pro Gen 2 vs Pixel Buds and Galaxy Buds 2 Pro?
I’m sorry to say but I find this hard to believe, I prefer using my AirPods to my Galaxy Buds because they’re more comfortable but the Galaxy Buds sound incredibly much better to me, just wish they had a better design because they’re harder to adjust in the ear
Agreed Galaxy buds better sound. Anc better on airpods 2.
your ears must be check by doctors already, lol
@@MrMavhen I’m trying to figure out what you’re trying to say lol
Could you please make a review and comparison between the AirPods Pro 2 and the Beyerdynamic Free Byrd? That would be great!
Thank you for amazing analysis
4:39 I don't understand. Is the Buds 2 active worse than the AirPods Gen 2 passive?
I am comparing buds pro 1st gen and airpods pro gen 2. Buds pro with S21U, airpods with Iphone 14 pro max.
Airpods win:
Slightly sound quality
Better ANC
More clear human sound and drum sound
Galaxy buds pro win:
Connection stability
360 audio
Connect speed(whenever i stop the music and play, airpods need to wait 2 to 5 second, the video is playing with no sound)
Slightly more comfortable
Better overall performance when you use only one side
Can choose what sound style you want
Hey Aaron any idea what the latency on each of these ear buds? I like connecting ear buds to my PC and use them for both movies and fps games, which one better?
do you feel pressure while anc is activated? my airpods pro 1 is such a bad purchase i can't tolerate the pressure and i have no interest on using my anc. idk what to do with it
i ended up buying a huawei freebuds 4i and used it more often than my airpods
Yes definitely there's a bit of that cabin pressure sensation
Airpods pro 2 is better in most parameters. However the buds 2 pro is available for around 120$ now and airpods pro 2 costs twice as much.
Im an audio engineer something is definitely wrong with how you bounced the sound from the galaxy buds 2 if I heard that crap quality Id return in a heart beart ❤😂
This review is so good
there’s an app for the galaxy buds available on ios as well and it makes it sound a million times better than its default preset. it’s made officially by samsung btw.
Does not support Buds2 Pro though
@@aaronloudnwireless smh lol
So in conclusion. Which one is better in term of the comfort (fit to ears) and sound quality?
Do not take this guy for granted because i am a reseller and i had both pairs side by side and i can surely say the buds2 Pro sound amazing and have very solid ANC despite airpods which sound amazong too but they're locked on ios platform.
It is a shame that Apple didn't develop an app for Airpods on Android, they could be the best headphones on the market for many years to come for real.
But yeah one on another the Buds2 Pro are a solid pair of headphones that is worth buying especially if you're a Samsung user.
Buds 2Pro for me is 360 sound as I only watch movies. For ANC I have super Sony headsets
Hmm I would have thought bass would be more elevated on the Samsungs, but your frequency sweep tells us otherwise
Buds2 Pro has much more bass, especially at sub-bass in my opinion.
bro the galaxy buds 2 do not sound like that, i own a pair of buds 2s and ive tested the apple pro 2s also. the bass on the buds are better and they honestly sound like trash in your video. hope you can check that out
Airpods Pro 2= Super Saiyan 2
Galaxy Buds2 Pro= Ascended Super Saiyan
Still waiting for that Ultra Instinct
Greetings from Turkey. you did a great job. I really liked your video. great in your previous videos
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro can't possibly sound like that, right? It sounds like it's coming from a tin can. (I'm wearing AirPods Pro Gen 2)
No they don't sound like that. They have a much fuller sound than Airpods Pro 2 (I am sitting here with both).
Airpods pro 2 >>>>>>>>> Galaxy buds 2 pro
Real fight would be airpods pro 2 vs Galaxy buds pro 1 because buds 1 have better sound than the 2
Super good video man ! I have a question, could you do airpods pro 2 vs sony WF-1000XM4 next ? Thank you 😊
I'd be shocked if the sound was customized on the Buds 2 Pro.
Listened with the AirPods Pro 2nd generation to this and they sound better to me. More natural, while Galaxy Buds2 Pro have unnatural spikes in sound… I might be a little biased in this case, but I’m no Apple fanboy.
Hello .. Can you do a comparison video between the New AirPods Pro 2 vs AirPods 3 .. Thank you very much 😊😊
I am not a apple fanboy but I gotta admit apple engineering is way superior than that of Samsung's
Great review! I was wondering about airpods pro 2, now i know i will buy them.
I listened with headphones and definitely prefer the AirPods sound quality much better.
That sound was inaccurate. I own the Pro 2s and it sounds nothing like that. There's something about the design that is not translating well to his mic setup.
AirPods Pro 2 is 🏆 winner🥇 🏆
There's something really wrong with how you record the sound on the Samsung. They are so so good in real life. And even when I compared it airpods pro 1. They sound much more fuller and overall the sound was better. I know this is pro 2. But your comparison is very unreal.
It's just what the mics are hearing, Both are recorded exactly the same way
@@aaronloudnwireless ok man
Bro I have both buds but men your galaxy buds2 pro sound sucks idk why. In my test it's much better galaxy buds2 pro than the airpods pro 2 on sound quality and the active noise cancelation it's not that bahain:)
choosing Samsung buds 2 pro over the Airpods pro 2, they're just better.
I’ll forever choose AirPod over any other device
Nice video!
Watching this video on my AirPods Pro 2 😂
I thought they werent out yet
@@go0glyguy672 out today
Me too 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It seems that the recordings are misleading. The sound very different and the airpods pro 2 do sound much better in this video. Why are the recordings of the buds 2 pro more distorted than the recordings of the airpods pro 2? :)
Please compare the airpods pro 2 eith the Huawei freebuds pro 2, there is no video regarding these 2. Thank You.
What the fuck bro 🤣🤣, i listened to the same song with my galaxy buds 2 pro and they nowhere sounds like you showed how they sound
I like flat sounding earphones with a little bit of bass, so yeah, Airpods is for me.
I want to REDUCE the bass on my AirPods Pro 2. It’s a bit too heavy for me. They sounds amazing overall, but I prefer a flatter response overall.
Same just got mine yesterday and thought the same thing.
Airpods clear winner to me
That's because these test are super gimmicky and unrealistic. Truth is, they are not accurate at all - the galaxy buds sound significantly better when you try the actual earbud.
@@theyojo1656 ok and the waveform (where you can see that the AirPods beat the samsung) is then also faked? Go ahead troll
@@corE452 What are you talking about? Look at the graphs of the airpods vs the galaxy buds, it's clear who the winner is. Also this video is wildly unrealistic as to how the earbuds themselves sound: did you ever think about all the factors that go into play? UA-cam video compression, how the earbud fits, how the headphones you used to listen to this video altered the sound, the device you're using, and so many more. Don't call me a troll when you have no clue what you're talking about.
@@theyojo1656 learn to interpretate those graphs, samsung has very unrealistic spikes where as the AirPods have a nice and distributed sound.
@@corE452 At this point you must be joking. Have you never seen the Harman tune? The buds 2 pro do an excellent job at getting it nearly perfect, as far as earbuds go. The airpods are not even close. Even if you ignore all graphs and the science behind the earbuds, you can just tell from your ears that the galaxy buds sound far superior.
