You can manage them from the watch and connect both to another Samsung device, and probably any other phone. For songs you can manage them through the watch or the buds.
@@benzf1did you manage to use “seamless” switch between phone and watch? Every time I want to use it with my watch 5 I have to press the button in the quick menu that has a headset with a Bluetooth icon otherwise it does not switch. Any idea?
I'm pretty sure mine are clones. Packaging is different and they were only $60USD. Can you access any functionality without the app? I can connect and they work fine but no volume control or anything else.
If it doesn't connect to the wearables app it's definitely not an original Also on the back of the box the original doesn't show the IP rating only the fakes show that
I have galaxy buds pro? For some reason I can't hear on calls when someone calls me. I can hear them but they can't hear me. I was able to hear on calls before this happened now not sure why I can't. I can listen to music but can't hear on calls. My buds are connected to the wearable app and the device and everything is up to date so I'm not sure what the issue is. I should be able to hear on calls I had them for a while don't remember exactly when and what year I purchased them. I paid alot of money for these so if its defective I'm gonna pissed
I'm trying to register mine, but the website says the serial number and model.number are on the bottom of the case and not on the box, but they're not. 🤷♂️

Yes, you can. You also have the option to just connect it with the watch so you can listen to music and leave your phone which is great for runs :)

You may have fake earbuds. Fake earbuds do not pair with the Samsung Galaxy Wearable App.
