I'm from Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, México, the city where Mr. Harris met Dr. Alfredo Ballí Treviño (the real Dr. Salazar). Dr. Balli Tereviño was the last Mexican sentenced to death in Mexico, but the penalty was commuted. He was not a serial killer, his crime was a crime of passion. He killed his gay lover. Because of his good behavior and medical services, he was liberated and quietly practiced medicine as a family doctor for the poor until his death.
thank you so so much. i thought i would never hear this story again...the book is too daunting for me to read it by myself. going to listen to this one over and over and over
So glad I found this! I'm really sick of nothing but abridged versions. I want ALL the words, (all 12 plus hours of them for some books.) I definitely added this gem to my playlist collection! 🌵💖📚
Quand j'ai lu Dragon Rouge, j'ai été assez fascinée par ce personnage (et son amie aveugle aurait pu devenir sa rédemption). Cependant, Hannibal Lecter est vraiment le chef-d'oeuvre de Harris.C'est la meilleure narration😂 "ever"! Lecture posée tels que les monologues et dialogues dans le premier film(Le Film!) Un vrai plaisir auditif! Quel dommage tout ce qui vint après, cinématographiquement parlant. Merci beaucoup pour ce partage❤
@BookClipping why is that there in the title tho? Im genuinely curious. How is Lecter 'exposed' here exactly? Don't get me wrong, I'm just glad I get to listen to book for free with an actual narrator and not some AI bullshit, so yeah, thank you very much for posting this 🙂

Day 2 of listening. So much fun! Outstanding reading voice. Well done with the tones of each character. Do another one✅️
Try the one with Anthony Hopkin's voice.

The narrator was a Shakespearean actor. He passed away over a decade ago.
@@Ginger_Snap347 Ohmygoodness. Ok. Thanks for the truth. ✌️😊
Wonderful reading. Thank you
Thanks 😊
This is the best audiobook ever. Narrated by the legendary Frank muller. If u like this he also reads 1984 by George Orwell.

@@VersusArduaI'm guessing they're just exploiting the way algorithms suggest videos. Provocative words like "exposed" will imply more engagement.
Octagonal is pronounced with the second syllable getting the emphasis 🫶
Try to shut that dog up, ok.

@@scotchtowerbibletractsocie8083 Right. I have few skills. Enunciation was beaten into me young.
