Those who dared resist were eliminated and assimilated into the army of Perfect Foxes. The resistance, led by an aging PewPewU and Dr. PP attempt to fight the Foxes with their Marths, knowing the fight is unwinnable. As their last hope, they train a young Joseph Mango Marquez, the first Mango's son, in the art of Smash to one day overthrow the Fox Empire and bring balance to the Melee world.
It wasn't till today that I found out the event is called Mario 128 because, there was a rumor that Mario 64's sequel would be called Mario 128. Sakurai trolling us subtly for years..

Ahhh so this is the difference between a TAS and a TAP. I really liked the Brain Age one in the past that had lots of humor involved a good few years back and I finally see more of it in your video which finally connected the dots for me. Thank you for this enjoyable run of the Events
While watching the events, I noticed that all the events are beaten in the exact same time as the High Score. For example, at 2:14 we see event 6, Kirbys on parade, has a high score of 00:16.67. At the end at 2:38 , we see the timer at 00:16.67. Very interesting it is.

Well i mean yeah...but it's a hack. No human player has the reaction time requierd to 0% every challenge in that speed. Not to mention the choices on the menus happen way to fast. It's clearly at the very least, assisted with frame slowdown. Which is partially what a tas is. But yeah, there's totally hacking. 100%. it's physically impossible to be this consistent.
In all my years of playing smash bros. I've never seen someone play the game perfectly. Your ridiculously good. Well done. Justice is a dish best served with the knee.
These Melee events always remind me of my annoying experience with Dino Wrangling, because I didn't know I could button mash out of the egg. First, Yoshi ate me as soon as the match started. Went off the edge and was KO'd. Second was 25 seconds in, it ate me again. Went off the edge and was KO'd once more. Third was 50 seconds in, when I got it far off the edge and it ate me a third time, but that was on its second jump, so it was KO'd first. It was pretty annoying to be eaten that many times, to say the least.
Oh good you clarified the purpose of the video in the description since I was surprised it took you so long clearing the challenge where only Sheik KO's count since I managed to clear it in like one of two seconds myself

An emulator was used to slow the game down to one frame per second so the player can see what they need to do. Rerecords can be used to improve times or manipulate Random Number Generation. And UA-cam comment sections call it fake. You are now equipped with all the information needed to watch TAS.

Man, Meele's events were so much better than wiiu's and brawl's, I mean, the Yoshi's egg one, the all start battles were cooler, the last event is so much epicer than the last event in wiiu, the sevon second captain falcon, which is coincidently his place on the meele tier list if I'm correct, who agree'is that Meele's events were better
