Many of them were able to pass on their skills and knowledge, which have long surpassed TAS levels, to a new generation of smashers who have now come to revive the smash scene. They decide to pick up brawl once more and now applying all of their omnipotent tech skill and mindgames, they resurrect brawl from it's ashes and decide to release this trailer for their upcoming new tournament: Revival of Brawl: Battle of the God tiers.
How about those 10 years of jab locking? I think that was pretty slow too, in a way. Down throw is literally slow, but those jab locks were real repetitive and did not damage a lot, even though both were really cool.

***** not sure how can imply that they don't take to skill to accomplish. wall techs stop a lot of momentum when launched against a wall. time it wrong and you're most likely gonna go off stage and die.
it's still not THAT easy. sure the freeze frames help but you can't always count on walls being in the same place all the time. not to mention matching your launch speed with the timing of the L/R button press. just because you can do it with ease doesn't make it a generally easy thing to do for others.
I can't stop watching this!!! Two of my most favorite characters battling in an epic fight! SSBB was one of my favorite video games of all time. Love TAS videos too, you earned a sub!
Even if it's a TAS, this is still pretty damn amazing for what it is, especially considering that all of what happened in this video COULD actually happen in the game, just not as perfect as it was shown here.

I find it very interesting to see the dichotomy between the high kill power of Snake and the ability to deal more damage and pressure his opponent in Meta Knight, and that they roughly even out under perfect play, while human Snake players often buckle under Meta Knight's pressure and initiative.
