For some reason most things went well. Makes a change for the lads. Some of Brodies expression were priceless, confused, then puzzlement - why is he doing that! Oh I see. Just a heads up. On the new AFS connect quads you have to wait for the battery isolation switch to shutoff before hitting the battery disconnect. This usually takes 5-10 minutes. If the disconnect is hit before the isolator is turned off then the isolator is left open and thus power to the cab is still available to an extent. Usually where the draw comes from. We’ve also noticed if you try to crank with a battery charger on the jump posts it usually won’t crank because the VCM sees too much voltage.
A big bonus to having a clean tractor to run that line. Good job guys.

Plastic doesn't rust but can become brittle and crumble over time due to UV from the sun.
Is Brodie going for the Dale Earnhardt look, if so, he's achieving it.

I have seen a lot of star pickets (Australian speak for T post) but I can't say I've ever seen one with teeth like that. Also we need a pneumatic driver to bash them in, because the ground is so hard it's often hard to even tell if you hit a rock, which you often do :D

I saw a guy in Nebraska he made a contraption adapters so after the baskets it pulled pipe that worked with downforce so after it chopped it all up with the baskets, it rolled it right afterwards, so he would not have to go back and do it again

Every time I see that open service pit in their fabulous shop I can’t help but wonder if anyone or a piece of equipment has fallen in the pit. If I worked there I guarantee I’d be in it or a tractor I was driving😊

We would split longer runs, especially where one half would wear the casing faster. Sometimes easier to replace and less costly. As far as sectioning a used hose some shops or hose mfg's don't recommend it. I guess not trusting the crimp on a possible degraded hose. Never personally heard of one failing one failing.
shop aprons can be a good guard of clean clothes, and give you a kangaroo pouch to hold tools and small parts. just a thought

Why don't tractor manufacturers install a 2 dollar 2 inch black pvc hard tube from back to cab in all tractors? All farmers end up installing some sort of wire harness from the back to inside the cab?
I once asked a big shot engineer a question that simple. His reply was because I never thought of it.

You will have to bury a large tank to pull water from for your fire hose.
Not sure I would have left either end of that hose hooked up… metal in the line can cause a slight hiccup 🙄

So how come you don't burn the ditches yearly to burn the brush? We do in New Mexico for the irrigation to prevent weeds from getting much needed water for crops like Pecans, Chile,Cotton, Pestachios, and other crops grown.
