Doug and Randy. I would like to complement you on the crew of young people you have tending to your farm and equipment! It really comes across in Chet’s videos! I’m sure they take there lead from you and are showing me that everything on your farms is being taken care of as well as it can be. Thanks for another great video 🙏👍
@@MrHurricaneFloyd I think I knew Chet and Brody were cousins. Wasn’t sure who hired Erik. But I do know that they could all work on my farm if I had one!
What's the word on Airforce One?
And they have over 600 employees @@MrHurricaneFloyd
I’m surprised that you don’t have a Power Broom for the bin site.
Love the videos!
I can sit here and watch the other channels, but you guys are my favorite along with moms Amy Larson's channel.....
Your maintance program is awesome Chett ! That's the way to take care of your equipment!!
Not his program lol.. don't give him credit eh.. lol he is literally just doing what he is told
Chet, you should have a clean 5 gallon bucket in all machines for a trash can. Keeps cabs much nicer.
Mr Brody needs his own line of MESSWEAR Tshirts please. Much respect for hard working Larson Farms. Really enjoy the content.
Brody Clean!
Chet, that opening drone footage of the total farm with storage. trucks, shops, etc is really impressive. Best wishes going ahead!!! God Bless,
Dougo is correct about not running over extension cords, same with air hoses too. It will ruin them. Cheers :)
Get the brush attachment for the Bobcat. Or Baaabcaat in Minnesotan.
I'm from China and I love your videos. Thank you.
Hey Brody, remember what Dougo said, make sure you bring the new lift out of the wash bay to ensure it doesn't turn to junk from the humidity.
Chet:
Just a thought, consider making an aluminum sheet box lid for the new pump on the trailer.. it would protect it from theft, elements and damage..Nice show, Thanks 😊
We just has our covers made to fit out of tarp material. Works great.
@@mitchertelt1225 .. I thought about aluminum plate because a padlock could be easily used and would help if the trailer needed parked roadside while working.
Awesome video guys. Brody rock the cleaning part. Eric on the other hand, you'd think he'd be the one that's a slob. Think it's because of his hair color and that smile of his.
🚜🚜🚜
At least the snow wasn't heavy! Thanks for a great video Chet!
Loving these longer videos
The attention to your equipment's appearance is worth the effort.
20:31 We do it that way all the time! It gets to the can and “hard to reach” areas easier.
Thanks for another satisfying cleaning video wow the ceramic coating is spot on stay safe bless y’all
I really enjoy the three stooges and Doug!
I have detailed cars, race car trailers, semi trucks 🚛 we even have a John Deere 4400 that Brody would be proud of. You guys are great, except Doug , he’s exceptional 🎉.
Chet u were brought up right take care of what u worked for! Keep videos coming god bless 🙏🏻
Good stuff guys
The Dream Team‼️ 👏 Bravo 👏. I can get so much satisfaction out or planting, harvesting or keeping the farm equipment incredibly clean…..it just never gets old!
I would post a before and after picture of the cab so we can share in that experience as well. What if their was a garbage can or two designated and put just where the tractors come in from from the fields everyday to encourage emptying of the aforementioned
tractor cabs on a regular basis. I might also include a bottle of cleaner, rag and a small broom so if they become sedentary waiting for things to change…..they could simply hit a spot here and there and maybe everywhere at least once a week!!! Bam!!!!
Before you know it….the tractor is cleaner and the floor is kept clean by brushing the dirt out of the floor mats/flooring? Just an idea because I myself have never driven a big one but maybe someday I will! Good work Boys and Mr. Dougo, as always!
I understand, chet, on your clean up we do the same here with our trucks and tractors I don't know whether it makes any difference between time but it's nice to have things clean
I really like that you guys keep your equipment so clean when you invest as much money in Tractors and Combines as you do taking care of it is a must nobody wants to work in or work on nasty machines thanks for all of your videos
Chet I didn’t see the link for the soap or coating that you talked about in the video. Love your videos. 👏👍🙏🇺🇸
Great video with a variety of interesting subjects. Best show on the internet..
Love the long form. In the off season.
Those Quads are some beautiful Beasts of Burden!
Thank you Chet for these videos!!! Love the content and the happy mood you and the gang show.
Hey thanks Chet, Eric, and Brody. You guys do such an awesome job. And Dougo. What an amazing team. We learn a lot and get lots of laughs too!😂👍❤️
About time u guys get lil snow its jan almost the end jan chet😂
combating the snow monster and throwing it places at high rates of speed is not boring! :)
Ya might want to buy a broom attachment for the skid steer. They work ideal for small snow falls.
Great video. 400k is creeping up. Your channel continuously gets many more views than the other farm channels.
Come on Chet, what would Minnesota life be like without the yearly fun in the snow.... Just mother natures way of saying take a break and have some fun. Brody is a master at cleaning and detailing, everything looks brand new. Doesn't look very good for spring planting this year up there, I'll bet it's going to be a muddy mess of a start.... Makes for good content though. Many thanks for taking time to bring us along out here in youtube land.
Where's the rotary broom for the Bobcat ? More uses than just winter ! Love the videos !
Glad up keeped the video of the summer scene of the yard all that green gives me hope spring is right around the corner!! Your still #1 on getting content out with great videos thanks for sharing!!!!
Always a good time to see what You Boyz are working on. Seems to be such a fun atmosphere!
Great work as always guys! I never get tired of seeing Brody washing!
What you need is a broom I have one on the front of my 1025 it is amazing on low amounts of snow it cleans the concrete perfectly
😅always great to watch
Thank you for sharing.
Chet I just caught up with a video where you were asking fans not to come on the farm as it is a working farm. You need to understand how blessed your family is ,even on your bad days you all seem to rally and conquer. With the sadness your fans felt over Nichole the fans of your channel feel like they want to be close to such a special family like yours. Your family is amazing I wish I was there with you like many others want to be.
Great stuff guys.
great job and having fun doing it you guys got it going on be safe god bless
Chet, heard a "Hoofta" in there. That's serious and one must take note. Kool video!
Much respect for keeping your equipment clean!
Big Swede, you scoop left handed!! Like I do I usually had to follow sweep auger in the bin, lefty works good to scoop along the wall!!
Hey guys, if you need to tighten up crimp on 3/8 hose use the 1/4 die and only crimp it a bit more than what the 3/8 die does.
Work. Work working love. It. 😊
Love the content thank u for all u do.
Good show thank you all
I got the milwaukee rubber power broom. I use it to clean the driveway and walk ways during winter here in upstate ny. It would work great for the doorways and pits.
I ENJOYED WATCHING THE VIDEO CHET 😊😊
I love your videos wondering if you're going to make a cover to put over the Honda mower motor
Thanks for another great video Chet.
It was interesting with lots of variety.
All of you do an excellent job of cleaning equipment and routine maintenance. Brody does a superb job of cleaning equipment. Really nice when he is done.
The pump and hydraulic setup on the digger lowboy is coming along good. Will be nice when done.
The bins are looking good all cleaned out. Nice going everyone.
About it I guess.
Thanks for everything Chet. You all take care and be safe.
The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Hope you’re having a good time ( smiles everyone smiles.)
Chet --- nice visit
Great video your camera and editing guys really put the equipment and the guys out front ! super entertaining guys !!!!!! And informative !
Good choice that little Honda engine!
Any updates on AF1 oil leak
I like how you take care of things
We do the same with cost of equipment you have to keep it up
Would it help to have a rotary broom attachment for the track loader to brush off as much snow as possible around the bin site alleys and around all the shop doors? Just a thought.
With the Iowa guy gone it's like your favorite pet that ran away sad.
Love how you guys keep everything so clean and maintained.
Big sweet I would love to come and help And maybe stay for a week and learn a little bit about farming.
Great video guys. great job
It’s 48 degrees here and we’re freezing! Now I know why y’all talk funny!
Odd, freezing here is 32 degrees. Y'all must be one 'o them rebs.
Chet you should look into a boss snowplow product called a snowrader. It is designed for snow removal in tight places. You can choose from a 4ft straight blade, vblade, a brush kit or a snowblower. It’s a really unique unit that could be very useful on the farm
Hi from UK. As usual, Brody does a bang on job with the washing, I checked the comments, (out of interest) as I had a question. I found several people asking what happened to the oil soaked combine? Did it go to the dealer or did they come and get it. Most important What Was Wrong with it??? Glad so many others asked the same question. Proves we love the videos and want to follow you guys all the time... You are sooo good at keeping us entertained, and I think yourselves too. Keep up the excellent work,
Chet, you should be able to get a different crimp setting to crimp single braid hoses. You can also run into issues with different hose manufacturers having different outside diameter hoses.
Leaf blowers work great on light fluffy snow.
Love this channel.
Thank you for all the great entertainment.
What do you use to clean the floor mat in the quadtrac?
Power washer!
I love this channel you all know your shit.
most install those pumps inside the frame with a little hatch to acess and a small flip up hatch to add fuel but you would have to take that motor off and install it inside the frame by itself and add the tank some were or make one then add the control thru the outside of the frame
It will be a bad day when Doug hits that wet kit on that trailer with the backhoe
So just tell your neighbors that you need the fans to help shovel out the farm "stadium'". Then have the Larson Farms superbowl of farm equipment.😊
Thank you for sharing
Looks like you could use a sweeper for little bob for bin site
We need “Brody Clean” merch!!
👍 Thanks
How about your bobcat vac? Will it move snow?
You should try Griots ceramic rinse, I've used it for years, Nathan from Border View farms swears by it also....
Y’all need the ECHO PAS-2620 with the Pro Sweep attachment to brush the snow away. It would be much easier than a shovel and broom. You could use it in so many places to sweep areas large and small. Stihl has a same type system but I’m just a fan of the Echo X series. They also have a rubber Pro Paddle. That will also clear snow and the paddle works good for clearing debris off your lawn and won’t tear up the grass. You have to run a lower RPM to prevent debris from rolling back over the broom or paddle and you can also turn the unit upside down and pull it which is easier depending on what you’re moving.
They bought a Milwaukee pro sweep not sure why they aren't using it lol
Yeah the bobcat brush attachment works great for light snowfalls and in the spring you can use it to brush the gravel out of your lawn without tearing up the grass
I think they have a Brush? Or was that some other farm channel? 😂
@@smokeeater07180 Ah… I didn’t see that. They certainly need to dig it out and use it!!
Broom attachment for a skid steer works wonders. It would be perfect to move snow off that pit and other places
You call that a snow? We had 24 inches in less than 2 wks. in Knoxville Iowa. By the way, nice haircut Chet, but you should have taken Eric along. Lol!
I really like the way you guys take care of your equipment.
So Brody likes to give his mice parmesan ? nice touch...
Would a backpack blower work around the doors while its light and fluffy. Ive used one on porches and its done well
They still make leg hold traps for the skeeters there? The skeeters ran me out 60 years ago.
Have you looked into a power broom for the bobcat? It would help with bin site snow removal.
17:40 this was honestly a pretty neat shot ngl
On the extension cords we would put them in between 2 2x4s that were 15 feet long and a piece of plywood screwed to it. So that the tractors could run over the cord without damaging them when we were building the farmer's new house. We had the main power cord coming from the main shop to the house it went across the driveway. Saved a very expensive thick power cord from being destroyed
I use that spray on triaxle works good!
A couple of 2x4's on each side of the extension cord, safe from truck tires
My motto.....TAKE CARE OF YOUR TOOLS AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. Worked for me 64 yrs, now 79, time to give the younger guys a chance.
Use your leaf blower on the fluffy snow. It does the job faster.
They make outdoor heated mats for steps and walkways. Perhaps contact them for designing a gain pit sized heated cover. Could be a whole new market for them and you would be the savior of all farmers with grain pits that must endure seasonal snow and ice.
When you going to get a sweeper brush for the bobcat. Use it on you grain pad cleaning.
We should try that out!
I love the way you take care of your equipment. As I have always told my wife and kids, the cars drive better when they are clean. I’m sure combines and tractors are the same way.
Great video as always of the equipment clean up. I know it's time consuming to power wash etc but the end result shows you take pride in the image people see when in use. Thanks again Chet for sharing another great video with us along with your PRICELESS time and effort! Cheers from Laurel, Delaware USA.
How about a rotary sweep brush for the bobcat , might be helpful, moving snow.
