People talk about lyricism, we may as well make the likes of Hopsin and all these other dudes on youtube the goats. The aura, the iconography, the presence, the command, the ability to captivate minds, inspire and influence the culture, the delivery of words. Nothing comes close to Pac. So true. 2pac has the best lyrics of ALL time! That's literally the reason why his songs and music is so great. Hip Hop has adopted a false definition of the term "lyricism." Hip Hop combines "word play" "Rhyme scheme" and "word smith" to form the incorrect definition of "Lyricism." But the dictionary's definition of "Lyricism," describes 2pac moreso than ANY other rapper Ever! The dictionary's definition of "Lyricism" was established centuries before Hip Hop was even invented 💯

His ROYAL BADNESS ALL DAY!
Prince was everything, Mike was a vocalist and entertainer Prince could do it all by himself with nothing but a sound engineer Mike had to be produced early on and through out his career Prince didn’t need to be produced and he knew it from the beginning!!!
@@chuckst98yeah but he aint not MJ... To have audience captivated around the world like the craze MJ had will never be seen again
@@ak3nodxd674So we talking Popularity then. Because if we are talkin' Talent, well then it's the Purple 1!
People talk about lyricism, we may as well make the likes of Hopsin and all these other dudes on youtube the goats.
The aura, the iconography, the presence, the command, the ability to captivate minds, inspire and influence the culture, the delivery of words. Nothing comes close to Pac. They still talk about him almost 3 decades later. Sorry, it has to be said, at 26... there are dudes we consider legends that are in their 50s and 60s, given more time Pac would be undisputed. There's only a debate because he died too early.
So true. 2pac has the best lyrics of ALL time! That's literally the reason why his songs and music is so great. Hip Hop has adopted a false definition of the term "lyricism."
Hip Hop combines "word play" "Rhyme scheme" and "word smith" to form the incorrect definition of "Lyricism." But the dictionary's definition of "Lyricism," describes 2pac moreso than ANY other rapper Ever!
The dictionary's definition of "Lyricism" was established centuries before Hip Hop was even invented 💯
With all due respect, which dmx's lyrics comes close to those in ambitious az a rider, so many tears, blasphemy, Mr. President...just too many to mention. Not forgetting 'holler at me'
That’s his opinion, what you mean you don’t know when it comes to Cube and Scarface, but you was so confident about DMX and 2Pac.
Queen and MC Lyte don't get Enough respect i put them Queens of hip hop
I love that BDK gives Rakim his flowers 💐 here!
To me there isn’t nobody out rap and Rakim on a song or battle
His krs vs rakim answer is the so accurate to me.
Big Daddy Kane, You're a true Legend for real. I remember listening to your music and going in front of my mirror practicing your dance moves mannn. 😊😊🙏❤️
Tupac is the best rapper of all times and I'm so happy to say he was a friend of mines. I spoke to Big Daddy Kane over my cell phone my brother was promoting his album

How can X be more lyricist than Pac ?!
That's insane from Kane.
Definitely
@owolabiatundemoore3814 knowing who Kane is, I think he was considering word play. Ex had a little more of that than Pac. Kane is the wordplay king so he spots it easy
The east dont love Pac
The East love pac. Facts is facts X is a battle rapper you think pac would smoke X in a rap battle
DMX was NOT a better lyricist than PAC!
😂😂😂😂
X had the superior flow, PaC had the better lyrics.
DMX was a better rapper than Pac.

The best part about this is we don't have to choose, because we can listen to all of them. Stop dividing people for their opinions. We all have a say as long as we're alive.

Mike for the kids and Prince for grown folks! That’s the settlement!!!!

Michael is my best artiste of all time, no comparison with any artiste both old and new followed by 2pac my best rapper of all time, ice cube, mobb Deep and M.O.P ❤them both, mclyte and Queen latifah both..
Bullshit! Prince is the Greatest To Ever Do It Period!
@eugenemason1808 Nah, Mike inspired more and has more classic albums

All Great Answers Much Respect To THE GOAT BDK 💪🏿💪🏿🔥🔥🔥
In my opinion I'm take Mobb DEEP over M.O.P. cuz Mobb DEEP SHEESH SICCCKKK GOT DAMN THE BEAT AND CRAZY SOUND OF MOSTER LYRICS VOICE🎤🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Gotta respect his opinion tho, MOP are legends & it's a BK thang but imo Mobb Deep better
That's a tough one. I think Prodigy is the nicest out of all of them, but Fame and Danze are both nicer than Havoc lyrically. You could argue that Hav makes up for it with his production skills, but MOP worked with crazy producers like Preemo and Nottz too.
I love MJ and Prince and I don't think you're ever see another Prince. So stop downplaying his talent as if someone will magically appear who can write, produce, arrange, sing, dance and play 23 instruments flawlessly. Stop playing with Prince and like I said I love both.

I always liked Big Daddy Kane and he is definitely in my top 5 best of all time, but what he and some other New York rappers dont understand is that lyrics dont always have to be complex, 2 Pac was a was rapping about life and everything and was understanable in the whole world, most people luv 2 Pac because they feel his music not just because his rhyming was the best
Hes aging gratefully
The Pac glazing is insane in these comments 😂
And yet you probably glaze Jay Z and Biggie
You glaze Diddy 🤷🏽♂️😂😂

They askin the REAL questions, love to see one of my favorite legends of the game spread his word and still be thriving. Kane one of the greats.
DMX being better lyrically than 2pac, I’m fans of both but I’d honestly beg to differ on that. Both unarguably true legends of the rap game and RIP both their souls.
