      Yeah like.... I don't wanna disrespect these guys, but I just lost 30% of my body mass and finally got thin. I wanna follow their template but can you keep up with this program and be in decent shape?

      @@garethzbarker just eat quality foods. Not any processed junk and your body comp will improve as you gain weight

    Big gut? Check
    Moobs? Check
    Pink skin? Check
    Can’t articulate words properly because of fat neck? Check
    Mouth breather/heavy sinus breathing? Check
    Leans on stuff because can’t support his own weight? Check
    Out of breath from talking? Check
    And of course tattoos and don’t forget crazy expensive gym fees

      At starting strength gyms instead of a height chart on the wall they have girth charts where trainees measure the circumference of their waist. Once a trainee has surpassed 50inches they win a gut buster 3 course meal with Rip.

    Focus on the goal, not on the person. Who knows they might get back in shape soon enough. But if not, its their choice. Not necessarily means they are bad coaches.
    I don't even know them, but they seem like family people, and a lot of times you can't find that in other places.
    Keep up the good work guys!
