At starting strength gyms instead of a height chart on the wall they have girth charts where trainees measure the circumference of their waist. Once a trainee has surpassed 50inches they win a gut buster 3 course meal with Rip.

Focus on the goal, not on the person. Who knows they might get back in shape soon enough. But if not, its their choice. Not necessarily means they are bad coaches. I don't even know them, but they seem like family people, and a lot of times you can't find that in other places. Keep up the good work guys! I'm from Tampa, one day I'll stop by!
