Payday2 villains: require whole series of heists to chip away their influence and power Payday3 villains after one heist centred around them: "I am beaten"
Well they chipped away at Concord. The other two were idiots as they put all their eggs in one basket. Sharpe's bank had her evidence locked up in her vault because she thought it was safe, and she got cleaned out. Garnet put all his money into a tech deal that got ruined. Those two weren't smart - which is why Concord was their actual boss. Syntax, Boys in Blue, and Fear and Greed are you chipping away at Concord's power, wealth, and influence. Houston Breakout was his attempt to strike back.
Well I mean Concord was one part of a huge group of people that in a way made up one “villain” and I guess there were quite a lot of heists centred directly around taking this people down I.e. Gold and Sharke and Fear and Greed
This ending terrifies me. I feel like they left it open ended on purpose. So it’s technically an “ending” to the game’s story if SBZ decides to pull the plug on it, but leaves them somewhere to continue off of if they get support past March of 2025. I don’t like not knowing what the gang’s gonna do next in the story of the game.
Hopefully the recent surge of players will stay (mostly) and necessary changes that need to made will be. The game is sitting at Mixed reviews, up from Mostly Negative, so it's beginning to come back. Hopefully it comes back in time.
@@danielthompson392 This next update is vital for that to happen. As is the addition of offline mode, which lord only knows when that’s gonna finally be implemented. The majority of negative reviews are due to the lack of an offline mode. If that gets added in, a lot of them say they’ll change their review positive.
If I remember the roadmap, server browser was definitely set to come in October, and I THINK offline mode with it. And I fully understand why people want it; being able to just connect a hotspot long enough to load up my DLCs then go back offline made Payday 2 one of my most played games when I had no internet.
I have a suspicious feeling that both Joy and Shade are getting way ahead of themselves assuming Concord would take this lying down. Yes, they absolutely screwed Treaty, but given that Concord is ex-Murkywater and they had a hand in the Kataru business, I have a very strong feeling Concord might not actually be out of the field at all.
I honestly think that Concord might still have some muscle to wage war against the clowns, like in the Payday-Kataru War, but on a much smaller scale (for now). Also, when is the military finally stepping in to fight the clowns?
Considering the TV report at the end, I wonder if we're going to get police captains making a comeback. The Payday gang is becoming public enemy number 1 again, and in DC, things kept escalating with new police units.
Wow. That's it no tease no sudden reveal, no revenge from concord? He literally did 2 things in the story and then just said welp im out. He tried to lock up houston and killed the loose ends and that's it. He kind of helped us in fact. That is so dissapointing
Dude ran Murkywater. He has to have gold and wealth buried here and there from this dealings, no matter how many times Payday raided his warehouse in DC. I mean, Concord held nukes, remember? That Payday stole. THAT is terrifying, the notion that he might still have some. He lives in the shadows and goes by proxies. He's made sure he can't be touched, so even if he did tick off his rich partners, they can't get to him. No, he'll try again, but under a new alias. He rebuilt himself after Murkywater was cleaned out repeatedly. He can rebuild himself here.
Can you stop spoiling the ending of all the DLC's in your video titles? Some people misunderstood me last time - I don't have a problem with the video itself. Being able to view these cutscenes without having to boot up or even own the game can be useful. What I have a problem with is that one bracket at the end. "(Heister breakout)" "(Wall Street heist)" or "(Bye Concord)". I come back from school at 5 pm, I go study till like 8 pm take a break , pick up my phone to watch some UA-cam, and have the ending of the DLC immediately spoiled by your video title. These titles mean that even people who are actively avoiding spoilers will instantly get the ending spoiled without even needing to watch the video I'm not asking you to stop making video's I just want you to stop including those brackets in title
@@Itz_CobraI kinda agree with him, I’d leave that shit out of the title. Especially when the whole title can pop up from a notification or on a UA-cam feed.
