Sure enough is a comforting feeling to have someone who gets cracking instead of whaffling. On the gas cylinder, it's always a good thing to keep a record of dates, security checks and consumption. It'll prevent your running into old cylinders with weakened valves. I found out the hard way while laying some membrane during the summer some years ago. The valve on an almost full - and not used for six months - cylinder failed and went sky high, manometer and everything. The neighbour was not amused, to say the least. Cheers.
