Hello there :) Paul in this video has seen your video and said it was very good. We didn’t know you were going or that you knew the family. It’s great you had the opportunity to document it before it has been demolished.
@ALWResearchTeam Yes, we got really involved after Joyce got in touch. Shame you called it creepy because with the backstory it was anything but. A very happy house, lived in till July 2023. A great place to look around though. 😁
This was my grandparents home, since it’s been empty this past year it has really destroyed what the house was, my family were all for fancy dress parties every year for my grandmothers birthday hence the fancy dress. The amount of belongings they had over the 40 years from across the world is unbelievable. It was a very looked after home. My son and I lived there briefly hence the baby stuff too.
Excellent video, i have known this house over 50 years when the sea was fields away, so sad that someone has lost there home, i use to photograph all the properties that were about to fall into the sea along this stretch of the coast long before youtube was thought of, will keep tuned to your channel, happy christmas.😎
Its sad and avreal shame people had to leave there properties so fast they had to more or less leave personal belongings still there and at the same time frightening speed of coastal errosion...
The house was Cliff Farm and the house was a wonderful house full of laughter and joy.

Great video Andy - fascinating yet sad. All of that stuff just left there. Someone’s life about to fall into the sea 😢
It sure is a shame

An interesting video, Andy. It's sad to see so many of these properties being lost to coastal erosion.

i went Saturday, there a digger and a pile of rubble . most of it has been taken away but it has been completely demolished.
Omg. I was correct about the materials analysis
Well I’m just glad someone got to document it. Before it went.
Its sad and avreal shame people had to leave there properties so fast they had to more or less leave personal belongings still there and at the same time frightening speed of coastal errosion...
It sure is a scary reality
