It means we grind the raw seeds until powdery. If you have flaxseed meal you can just grind it a little further until a finer texture. Keto bread is complicated so the ingredients can't be substituted. When you say 'bottom rack', i assume you cook with electricity. What differentiates your bottom rack from the others? I need to 'translate' for my gas oven
I am using conventional oven, and typically, the lowest rack is best for baking bread, whereas the middle rack is for cakes and cookies. If your oven does not have different levels of racks, then just use the usual rack.

Gas ovens only have flame/heat at the back of the bottom and are generally much hotter at the top than anywhere else. I have moveable racks but need to know what the characteristics of your recommended shelf are. It sounds as though bottom might be a bit hotter and middle might be a bit gentler?

For conventional ovens, the top of the oven is also consistently hotter while the bottom of the oven will heat in bursts to maintain the overall temperature. So the bottom rack is great for bread and anything with crusts such as pizza, pies, tarts etc. The middle rack is where the heat source is evenly distributed so it's perfect for cakes cookies, brownies etc. I normally use top and bottom heat with fan for most of my baking. Hope this clarifies 🙏

As mentioned, because I used whole eggs, the flaxseed taste is not so prominent, and it smells and tastes pleasant.
I followed your recipe thoroughly but unfortunately, it didn't rise. Very disappointed with the result. Next time. I thing I am going to use dry yeast and probably, I will make the bread loaf with just almond flour. What went wrong? Not sure. I hope it will taste better than it looks

Now after tasting it, it's very salty as I didn't realise that the bicarbonate soda is salty plus I added 1 teaspoon of salt as mentioned in the recipe. I am not sure if I can eat it as I can't have added salt. Sorry to share with you my bad experience. Regards

Yes, you can if you don't mind a stronger flaxseed taste. You can use 7 large egg whites (250 g), and the rest of the ingredients remain the same.

As long as the husk is there. Itl never be real bread. Its just rubber sponge
