SPECIES #3: BURBOT (LOTA LOTA)

If a: catfish, leopard frog and an eel had a baby, I'm sure it would look something like a burbot. In this episode we have registered to fish in the La Barge "Ding The Ling" Tournament.

Burbot are fun. It’s kind of like catfishing the only difference is you’re freezing your butt off. Burbot taste amazing. Because they eat predominately crayfish, they taste similar to lobster, similar texture too. They are one of my favorites.
