I have to say that after doing considerable research into all the UA-cam singing bowl videos advertising 432 Hz, this is the first one that is actually tuned to that frequency.
Thank you Todd and that is why we made the video originally so people could hear a good example of a bowl of this frequency as there are so many that say they are but are actually quite different. For us when we choose a bowl, a sound, it’s all about the sound and the effects we feel from that sound or mix of sounds. Best wishes Pam and Jurek

@@michaelcornell5439 what app are you using to measure it with Michael - at the time we were using Spectrum Analyser for Android. We have since found that there is some variance in the results depending on the app. We were also measuring the bowl we were playing and had no intention of misleading as this is what the bowl came up as - best wishes - Pam
You don't need to check with anything... Just listen, if you ever experienced real singing bowl (I have one at home) you will immediately feel the difference between this one (original) and others. Maybe other are also real but with bad recording equipment that can't transfer vibrations fully...

The number 1393 has come up randomly my whole life. I am 55 yo and remember it as far back as a 6yo. It’s my parents phone number in my childhood. It comes up in my credit card digits, dollar totals on receipts, license plates of others’ cars. I see it a lot. I just wanted to be comment #1393 ;-) I love this temple Bell sound bath. For a week I’ve been suffering from C6-7 herniation in my spine. Impossible to appease this pain. Whilst walking throu our home I spotted a singing bowl such as this one, (purchased many years ago in Galveston. I dusted it off and began the magic. It was so calm and grounding. And now I find this video on UA-cam. Wow… thank you!

When I first played this-- less than 30 seconds-- my head hURT- and my bad eye did too-- and I almost stopped-- but less than 2 minutes in-- suddenly- my bad eye isn't getting the flashes and stuff and NO longer hurts AT ALL (and it has for 5 years now due to injury)... and the headache is gone-- feels SOOOOOOO good!!!! All that in 2 minutes.... no one can tell me this stuff doesn't work!!! ha. THANKS for the video to the creator..

I have been working in this way for over ten years and it varies from person to person - my first two gong tutors used to say we get what we need from the sound. They recomend setting an intention at the beginning and again at the end which I always do silently. I can think of at least two friends who used sound, accepted reiki and other healings from different people and they didn't get better. They really wanted to but each life is different, different stresses, environments - none of us can predict what happens. I usually approach with an open heart and mind and no attachment to outcome. Have used sound as part of my well being for years and really notice the difference if I'm away from my instruments (although I usually have a rattle, a drum and maybe a singing bowl with me). I used sound as part of my own healing from serious illness and radical treatment which left me so depleted, with an uncertain prognosis - that was 12 years ago and I'm well now. Best wishes - Pam

Son magnifique. Ma respiration était très courte et j’ai pu observer que l’étau dans ma poitrine se desserrait, ma respiration est devenue plus calme, plus ample et plus profonde. Petit à petit regain d’énergie. La résonance est très agréable, comme des ondes concentriques dessinées sur l’eau calme. Sound is such an individual experience and thank you for writing to us. We always say when using sound as a meditation find something that really resonates with you and that may be something like birdsong among trees, noticing the different birdsong, the energy of the song, the different calls at different times of year, how you feels when spending time focussing on the bird songs and calls. I have many thoughts jumping here and there. I find that listening to sounds of bowls calm the in and out of thoughts. I tried other meditation and mindfulness but discover sounds with no talking helps me the most. Thank you.
Please say a prayer for my dog. The vets not open for hours and I want God to make him not hurt anymore. He's terminal, suddenly he just had a cyst rupture and last month he was fine. Internal hemorrhage. I want God to either take him, take his pain, or give my Friend a miracle.

I've been listening to a lot of videos of this nature, and this one so far has the most pleasant sound. I've been able to listen to more than half of it, and that's really something with me.
Any creative talking make you free fresh but examination too. Of course if I walk you thru the different conditions and results in your strength to be able to save others lives as well as yours if you win the time before falling! You realize you don’t reside on either silence or sound, your mind stay focused on. Your distraction is the enjoyment of healing music or deepest coldness like Cold War!
I do not feel good in this period. So many problems with my health. But when I listen to this fantastic sound, I feel better and all my problems seem so far away. Thank you for your support. I could not believe that a sound could have so much power🙏 God bless you🙏

Looks like something I have my device on a small metallic stand and listening to this bell. You can literally feel the pulsating tone of the bell through the metal! This is the best bells sound I have heard so far!

Listened to this because I was sick and not feeling good at all. Had been coughing non stop so I played it and placed my phone on my chest with the sound on loud. For a week I’ve been suffering from C6-7 herniation in my spine. Impossible to appease this pain. Whilst walking throu our home I spotted a singing bowl such as this one, (purchased many

When I first played this-- less than 30 seconds-- my head hURT- and my bad eye did too-- and I almost stopped-- but less than 2 minutes in-- suddenly- my bad eye isn't getting the flashes and stuff and NO longer hurts AT ALL (and it has for 5 years now due to injury)... and the headache is gone-- feels SOOOOOOO good!!!! All that in 2 minutes.... no one can tell me this stuff doesn't work!!! ha. THANKS for the video to the creator..
@@davidwayne9982 Thank you for listening and taking the time to tell us of your experience. We find that listening, experiencing the sound is so unique to them. I have been working in this way for over ten years and it varies from person to person - my first two gong tutors used to say we get what we need from the sound. They recomend setting an intention at the beginning and again at the end which I always do silently.
I can think of at least two friends who used sound, accepted reiki and other healings from different people and they didn't get better. They really wanted to but each life is different, different stresses, environments - none of us can predict what happens. I usually approach with an open heart and mind and no attachment to outcome.
Have used sound as part of my well being for years and really notice the difference if I'm away from my instruments (although I usually have a rattle, a drum and maybe a singing bowl with me). I used sound as part of my own healing from serious illness and radical treatment which left me so depleted, with an uncertain prognosis - that was 12 years ago and I'm well now.

Son magnifique. Ma respiration était très courte et j’ai pu observer que l’étau dans ma poitrine se desserrait, ma respiration est devenue plus calme, plus ample et plus profonde. Petit à petit regain d’énergie. La résonance est très agréable, comme des ondes concentriques dessinées sur l’eau calme. Deux fois, j’ai remarqué un son très long qui ne partait pas en ondes concentriques et ça c’est cadeau. Merci.

Sound is such an individual experience and thank you for writing to us. We always say when using sound as a meditation find something that really resonates with you and that may be something like birdsong among trees, noticing the different birdsong, the energy of the song, the different calls at different times of year, how you feels when spending time focussing on the bird songs and calls. I have many thoughts jumping here and there. I find that listening to sounds of bowls calm the in and out of thoughts. I tried other meditation and mindfulness but discover sounds with no talking helps me the most. Thank you.

Please say a prayer for my dog. The vets not open for hours and I want God to make him not hurt anymore. He's terminal, suddenly he just had a cyst rupture and last month he was fine. Internal hemorrhage. I want God to either take him, take his pain, or give my Friend a miracle.
What's your dog's name? This is a difficult time for you, watching them suffer in pain. It's hard but I'm sure its a comfort to them that you are with them and they will feel your love. I'm lighting a candle and thinking of you both as I say a prayer and know that others reading your message will pray for you both too.

Looks like something I have my device on a small metallic stand and listening to this bell. You can literally feel the pulsating tone of the bell through the metal! This is the best bells sound I have heard so far!

@@kimworkman2425 Many people have said that using sound for meditation helps them to focus on the sound and begin to notice thoughts, feelings, sensations as an observer so acknowledging them, letting them go and returning focus to the sound. Others find taste or sight or feeling textures a good way to build up the ability to focus on one thing and quieten the mind.
