I am going through to much for me to handle. I am a 24 year old mother of 4 children. I was diagnosed with a rare brain disease and put on horrible medicine for me. When it got to the throat chakra my forehead started tingling, then it was almost unbearably tickling during the third eye section, then it calmed down once it switched to the crown chakra. I’ve never had an experience like that before, but I’m a believer now! It made me feel lighter and happier than I’ve felt in a long time.

Honestly? i'm not the type who meditates or intends to internalize it.... but this.... is by far the best thing i've heard in the last few years. With every single tone of the singing bowls you notice soo beautifully how they simply solve any, I would say "stress cramps in the head" completely and fly away with this "glitter sound".... I cannot express how much this works! I love this! It almost feels weird feeling this positive, my body is not used to it after years of negativity conditioning, so when this sound heals me, its almost as if I'm searching for the negative feeling again because I'm not used to being open. Now this will be returning back to positivity. I will listen to this everyday until my experience will be the opposite where I no longer no how it feels to be negative :-)

How do you know?
@@Venus18188 everyone is different but you would feel sensations in the area and even more if the chakra is blocked etc. My experience for example, when dealing with root and sacral chakra was an immense amount of wriggling in my lower/stomach region. When I got to my throat chakra I felt mild discomfort but this is because I currently have damage to my vocal chords so I'm aware of the area and the healing that needs to take place. Some people feel as if they are being lifted away and their bodies are light. For others they would feel tingling sensations in each area or feel like a pull is taking place etc.
Also if I might add a lot of thoughts that I had hidden deep came to the surface as it went from one chakra point to the next. That was a challenge for me but I was able to meet the questions and worries with calmness

Since finding this, I have been meditating and relaxing and cleansing myself of negative energy every day. This video truly works and helps.

Sure you can listen to this with headphones on a moderate volume and/or use it as background music. Should you wish to work on your Chakras however, you might probably want to avoid distraction during the session. But everyone reacts differently to music and frequencies. What works for someone doesn’t automatically have to work for someone else. I would say, as long as you feel comfortable and listen to your body and spirit, you can’t go wrong.

Relish all the little moments in your life. Appreciate things that are happening around you. Spend your time with somebody you love because we will never know, how much time they got left in this world. Even if you are alone, rejoice in yourself. Go for that simple walk in the park. Watch the sunset at the beach. Blast music in your car. Wake up before the birds are chirping outside. Take photos of yourself. Do whatever makes you happy. But remember, never depend on other people's happiness.

There was a time in my life where I thought this was hippie shit and couldn’t see your place for it and thought it was satanic even. But as I’ve grown and experienced and traveled through different spaces and times in decades in millennia I have known different. I come back time and time again for this meditation and I ask the bowls before I begin to rid my energy body of all negativity which does not serve my highest good. Ever since doing this, negativity is entirely RELEASED, it doesn't just come to the surface. Grateful for this healing in which these bowls provide. I can feel every chakra going up my body as it chimes on the bowls in the last few minutes of the meditation. So amazing. This is the real deal 😍🕉🌈💓🙏

Meditated for 20 minutes. I’m just now starting to dip into meditation. I do feel a bit more relaxed. Holding through meditation I’ll start receiving spiritual messages through my spirit guides and ancestors. I want to know what my spiritual gift is. I know I have one. Many of my family members are psychics.

I lied down and played this with chakra stones placed on my body and finally felt able to emotionally release some stored secondary trauma from work. I work in an acute involuntary psychiatric unit and the empath in me has to work overtime some moments to compartmentalize the pain and trauma clients share with me directly and indirectly. The sounds in this video allowed me to calm and let go these deep feelings of compassion and inadequacy to do more to help others to feel ok. As long as I maintain my wellbeing I am able to be there for others and be a positive influence and safe place to be vulnerable. Wishing all who find this peace and love and relief from whatever ailed them to seek these healing sounds.
