Remember this guy (Doc Mego) way back in the late 90s and early 2000s when he used to sell stuff he made himself at his house. I used to call him up and order over the phone lol and see him at all the toy shows....Great guy! and he has not changed a bit!

They even make me want their action figures from IPs I absolutely do not care about. That's how beautiful and well-done they are!!
I LOVE The Lord of the Rings and have both figures, please make more. Very excited to hear about Star Trek 50th anniversary figures, the Andorian Ambassador looks wonderful, so does the Talosion (which should be shorter, you made smaller figures before)
I think Mego should continue Lord of the Rings also!
That Aragorn figure is still my favorite mego. Really hope we get some more lotr

I'd like more LOTR, but I want some original designs based on the books, or maybe off of Mike Ploog's designs for the 1978 movie. There's too much Peter Jackson films stuff out there, and as the designs in that film are highly detailed (and to match, the fanbase for those movies seems to expect that in their merch), it doesn't mesh well with mego's products. They would be better suited for some original interpretations, something based on existing Tolkien art (like Angus McBride or the Brothers Hildebrandt), or the aforementioned figures based on the 1978 Bakshi film. Much better fit to the style, and would add some variety to the world of LOTR merch that is (overly) dominated by the 2000s film series.

Love the figures but hate the new bodies, i still can see what was wrong with the type 2 bodies,
just be careful with those elbows and knees.
I'm glad Mego is back, BUT I hope that they will start producing 3 3/4 O ring figures.👍🏾
If you want people to buy LOTR, do the characters people want. Frodo, Sam, Gollum... And maybe do some based on the animated movies. Aragorn and Legolas are basically background characters.
Nah. Make Gimli, Gandalf the Gray, Saruman the White, Lurtz, Gandalf the White, Boromir, The Witch King, Sauron.

Sadly Megos are so poorly made they come apart & break in your hands when you pose them as the plastic is so cheap and joints so poorly attached and affixed to cheap plastic housings that its really is a shame on the company they cannot make them sturdier ...
