    Excellent for beginners ... also one or two things to add here ... if there are inconsistencies from my experience are caused by either weak left foot or bad pedal settings that make the left foot slower, and the second one that I want to add .. the slower you get into this the better it is ... after 35+ years on the drums I still get myself into the 40bpm torture ... if it sounds good and even there when faster will be a killer :)

    I don't know the correct term for the drum fill in question, but it is played "LH-LF-RH-RF-LH-LF-RH-RF...." etc, which sounds like a continuous roll. Where can I find a tutorial on that technique?
