I love these factory tours! I always see one or two things I want to try in my world. 1.0 is so much fun but not so much has changed that there's not still stuff we can learn from earlier builds.
Bruh, I've got almost 2,300hrs in this game and I'll be honest. Most of my factories haven't even had four walls and a roof. 😂 I'm very much a "Make it work for now and I'll make it pretty later" Pioneer. 🫣
That is AMAZING! Now I'll go back to my tier 5 spaghetti iron and copper factory, and some steel beams and pipes made in the same assembler, which I change manually every few minutes
Haha! thank you for covering the build! Great video, I especually loved the part where you tried to hide that one wonky wire i had missplaced in the quick-wire factory XD so wery kind!
I can't even fathom the amount of creativity it took to make these works of art and engineering. My world is just full of micro factories with no walls all leading to a mall surrounded by a web of belts. Hope you keep building so I can continue to marvel at it.
Is there any way you could make a video detailing your build process? Do you start by planning out how much you need, building the internals, then make it look pretty afterwards? Or do you go into a project knowing what you want it to look like? These are the kinda things I struggle with most, and most of my factories look like big boring boxes.
This is art. I'm over here still puzzling out how to get three iron mines which aren't exactly in a neat row to line up into perfectly lined up machines in a factory. Hmmm, I think I have to use belts to send the iron to a well organized plant. That's my Friday night planned!!! lol
I had the extreme pleasure of a personal tour on a multiplayer session last year. I spent an hour just running around to everything and highlighting with delete and bp delete and building blueprints and disassembling just to wrap my head around it. Those aren't just tracks, there are the geared wheels that "pull" those tracks, and they're on axles. Everything is absolutely exquisitely done. You can not get a sense of scale from this video. It took me over a minute to run away far enough on the ground just to see the full width in screen, and another minute or two just to see the top. From the top, jumping off took me like a minute to reach the ground in free fall. It's mostly climable and walkable as well.
Noooooo you cant just keep doing that bro... I am constantly checking if you uploaded a new video of your 1.0 playthrough and yes he uploaded but SOMETHING ELSE AHHHHHHH... Greetings from Germany, thanks for your incredible work :)
there is a trick to make the Z fighting go away. if you have a flickering foundation then place a pillar on it, delete the foundation and snap a new to the bottom of the pillar.
Seeing what people build in this game is insane it does give me inspiration but i mean i made my first iron plate and rod factory and i thought it was super cool to see my work just become something. Love this game and your videos are awesome
Just came back from the game after almost 4 years. So many have changed since last i played on EA, basically im more like a new player now, i started a few days back and i just unlocked the train milestone. Been enjoying the game with my son. Seeing this build is really something, it inspires me to do neat builds (in my perspective). Still learning stuff and im having fun unlocking things i havent seen before.
If I get any of my builds looking even HALF as good as this, I'll consider that a win. This is just... next level crazy detailing. Amazing work... would love to see more builds for inspiration!
The DO4 first project is literally Production Yard from Apex Legends on the Broken Moon map for anyone catching the reference. Exact same layout and design.
Amazing! I guess they have some advanced technique for clipping things into each other. I build something that overlaps in 1 small area and the z-fighting already annoys me lmao
damn that's some fine work. clipping and curving stuff can be annoying the techniques aren't officially supported. I wish the snapping worked like in Valheim it's all good though, blueprints defiantly help
I don't really see a problem with a game being in creative world because at endgame you will have all the stuff for free and readily available (especially with cloud storage) and you also have psuedo-creative flight with hoverpacks. Creative mode just removes the tediousness especially when your goal is architecture instead of factory building.
Please note that I am only upvoting this video because you used the word "cyan" correctly. This does not diminish any accomplishments made elsewhere in the video.
Just going to say this before I enjoy the video: Anyone who doesn't like builds made in creative mode just because it's creative mode probably needs to relax their shoulders, take a deep breath, maybe initiate contact with some chlorophyll based lifeforms even. Just because it wasn't made on the grind stone doesn't mean it's any less impressive!
I'm sad. Knowing full well that my brain relies on function, then fashion from the function... so I can never see myself building anything beautiful like this😢
There are a number of reasons why I avoid things like this. While creative mode and mods can let you do some really cool things I feel almost defeated trying to do some of these things free hand.
"Its made in Creative mode" Did you played Satisfactory 1.0 ? It basicly became creative mode. You could fly before, but now you have unlimited reccources in your inventory aswell.
I am depressed. I am few days in this game, and your telling me that excavator is not an in game building, but something they created through some clipping witchcraft!? And I thought my coal energy generating plant was cool 😢
Guys! Would you still like to see some tours fom update 8 saves as inspiration for 1.0?
Not really.
if they use interesting techniques like this guy. for sure
just the exceptional worlds like this one. but if you start getting good submissions using the new 1.0 stuff i'd love to see those
I love these factory tours! I always see one or two things I want to try in my world. 1.0 is so much fun but not so much has changed that there's not still stuff we can learn from earlier builds.
It would be great to see some early-mid tier 1.0 saves as we all get started with 1.0. Some inspiration along the way 🏭💭
That Mega Excavator is a work of ART.
The Bagger is “XSQUIZIT”.
So beautiful.
What is most baffling is how its functional art too.
I'm new to 1.0. Is the Excavator in the vanila game or is it something they have made themselves in creative?
@@brimstone5931 oh sweetie. Sweetieeeeeeee. that excavator is HOURS of meticulous clipping, nudging, and customizing walls, foundations, signs, etc. 😂
Came for inspiration, left feeling like a toddler playing with legos.
I'm going back to my walled squares that are an improvement on my last attempt

I feel like I’m just swallowing the legos, or jamming them up my nose.
Makes me feel like that baby that tries to put the right figures in the corresponding holes.

Loving the details! I can only imagine the work up to make this was significant.

this is truly next level. absolutely awesome!
I really like how you did the control panels for the various factories. And yeah, this is quite something to behold! Well done dude!

Incredible. Feels like they're playing with Lego Technic, while I'm struggling with Duplo.

@xseidet builds are on another level. Had tour round with them the other week and the creativity is awe inspiring.

No z fighting textures with all that clipping too.
I was in the save last year for over an hour tour. I do not recall any z-fighting. If there was, it was minimal and somewhat concealed.
@@Warp9pnt9 yeah that’s what I meant. It’s literally perfect and idk how with so much clipping.

Your in touch with your audience, Right on cue, as i reach the point of branching choices, Ive started building my first non starter factory.
Me: I think my factory design is coming along wonderfully.
^watches video^
Me: Where did I put that drawing board? Sigh.
Wonderful factory!
I still love my "unboxed", default concrete, spaghetti factory - a true work of art ❤

bro it is absolute beautiful those detailed factorys are awesome
Unfortunatly everytime i see stuff like this it makes me sad that my talent is not as good xD Incredible build 100%
Someone oughtta give these guys a scholarship in 3d modeling or architecture or something, this is awesome.
Theyre probably already pretty deep into this and just build crazy Satisfactory stuff as a hobby...
I am an architectural draftsman.
I am mind blown.
This is fantastic, Well done.
Extremely satisfying.. Excellent design work!
The catherium plant interior is INSANE
Looks amazing. I wish I had the time to do even 25% of the details in this build.
It's even scary how the clipping is so greatly done and I can't even find the individual machines around it
literally the eight wonder, what a work of art
This is great! Thanks for sharing
I would love Foundry size buildings in Satisfactory, maybe a DLC option :)
Makes me wonder why this guy isn't a level designer for games and just puts all this work into somebody else's stuff.
Maybe he has better paid job and prefers to do it in his free time as a hobby 😅?
holy, that Excavator is amazing
Mind blown. Simply amazing.
what's truly impressive that there isn't any visible texture bugging on the clip tricked build parts that you most commonly get
broo this dump truck ois amazing and the other machines
I love the fences!

How are those custom signs made? I have never seen those patterns, images and fonts in the game
Done in creative mode when it still takes 400 hours is still very impressive.

Is there any internal works to the dump truck storage facility? If not, where is the processed ore going?
That's it. im quitting Lego and going back to Duplo. Pass me another raspberry crayon
Great🙏
This makes me want to cry when I look at my square ass builds 😅
Amazing...
Does that excavator actually dig and is eating its way through the map? Or is everything map wise static in this game?
t. never played satisfactory
Have they fixed the lag that comes with having many signs now, last time I used a bunch of them it halved my fps whenever I went anywhere near them
How do you create blueprints? Of a building so Big?
🤯
And then there’s me, someone who built their nuclear reactor and nuclear fuel factory on the ground instead of using foundations.
