I can't speak for others but these kinds of videos help me immeasurably. I rarely sleep more than an hour or two at a stretch, anything that helps me relax is enormous. Your manner and voice are like heaven to my nerves. You help more than you can ever know.
At the risk of beginning to sound like a broken record, I just want to say that this was an incredibly relaxing video, as always Morika. I enjoyed every minute of it. Every minute I was able to stay awake for that is 😴❤
