When I'm stressed or overwhelmed I find myself thinking of the words "nobody wants anything from you at this moment and nobody needs anything from you at this moment." It helps me tremendously!

Could you please make a video for cleansing and detoxing from being around large crowds of people/family members. I had to spend a week with my boyfriend’s family and their energy is so heavy and exhausting, and I need a deep cleansing and recharge.

Can you make a video for physical protection? I need help falling back asleep because at 1:30 in the morning when my housemates came home they found an anonymous threatening note to me left on our front door, and now I’m struggling to fall back asleep, even with all the doors and windows locked

Some do some don’t. I had a half dead person comment that they can her very well even with volume low so sound issues are at the recipient’s end as my Mike’s are all good I’ve checked them
I dont know if what i saw was good, evil or something else. But it was in my backseat. My car was parked on the street in front of a house. In the yard near the street was a street light and a couple of trees. I was walking from the house to my car and a shadow moving across my car caught my attention. I thought it was just the breeze moving a bramch but then i saw there were no branches or anything between the light and my car. Odd but ok whatever. I get in the car and as im driving im feeling kind of edgy and my attention keeps getting drawn to the rearview mirror and the back seat. It was dark back there. Black void kind of dark. And i felt uneasy. So i said,out loud, i dont who you are or why youre in my car but im not comfortable with this can you please leave. It dissapated like smoke and was gone. So was the uneasy feeling i had. That was maybe 8yrs ago. I never told anyone til now. Had no reason to. I kmow there are things that exist just beyond our normal perception. Once in awhile that veil gets thin, they get louder or our ability to perceive gets stronger and they come thru. I wonder how often we appear in their realm without us knowing it.
