- Hello Everyone! In this Guided Meditation I will guide you through a relaxing body scan and move to a journey through guided imagery and sounds on your way to relaxation and sleep.
There are slow gentle hand movements, some hand sounds, ear to ear whispers, guided body scan, guided imagery, layered sounds, and it is done in a slow soft spoken tone.

Love the background noise/ambience you added in this one. Love it when ASMRtists do that (and when you add music as well). Can take an already fine relaxing video to a REALLY relaxing one (for me anyway haha).

@@MorikaASMR same here, I know the feeling. Perfection can seem so hard to reach sometimes. It's not quite what it could be or what you want it to be, just that little something that's missing. Making music is a dream I'd like to fulfill one day for sure though, among others. So hard to find what I really want to say when I feel it's all been said before
@@winterunterseher8937 very well said! That's one of the things that prevented me from trying to make my own ASMR for many years. I felt like it had all been done and I wasn't sure what I had to contribute that hadn't already been there. I definitely feel much more adventurous after having taken the plunge and I hope you are also able to get in there and make some music or fulfill some of your other goals as well!! I like to think these days that I have nothing to lose by giving it a try and you never know it may be more awesome than what came before it 😁🧡

@@MorikaASMRLike at around 3:40 - 3:50 for example. Mostly in the first half of the video and they go away at some point or are drowned out by the good sounds.
To be honest it is entirely possible they are incredibly subtle and I'm just extra sensitive to those particular sounds this evening.
