Need q mag lose weight.. pa compute naman aq nung sakin pls, cguro nasa 78 to 80kilos aq wala kc aqng timbangan pero nung nag pa timbang kc aq dati 78kilo aq tapos tingin q tumaba aq nung lockdown eh, kaya pinalagay q ng 80kilos, Height: 5'2 age: 30yrs old na q sa December. Exercise nd masyado 1or2 times a week lang, pero nd un hard basic lang.. Ahm gusto q lang malaman kung ilang calorie ang dapat e'entake q pag lose weight ang goal.. Ahm sana matulongan mu q, pa cnxa na sa abala... Salamat ng Marami..

    I tried your 800 cal meal plan before, and i lose almost 7 kg in one month. Sobrang happy po ako sa result but dissapointed po ako ngayon kasi hindi ko na maintain yung weight ko. Yung na shed kong 7kg bumalik na.😔

      Thank you and sana nakakatulong talaga mga videos ko sainyo :) nung nag dadiet ako everyday talaga ako nag eexercise. As in pagkakagaling ko work dati, nag eexercise pa ko sa gabi. Hehe. Pero nung nag mamaintain nalang ako 3-5x a day nalang.

      Hahaha hello po. Fish sauce. Cayenne powder or paprika powder, lemon or calamansi, garlic. Ayan po di po ako nag aadd ng salt. I also put rosemary leaves. Lahat pp yan mabibili lang sa grocery store and mura lang . Matagal na gamitan na hehehe

    Great content po, any advise po na meal diet sa katulad namin na sa gabee nagwowork? Always lang nakaupo sa harap ng computer whole shift, 30 years old at kaka start q lang bumalik mag zumba2 1 week ago mga 2-3 times in a week q lang nagagawa mag zumba din, any advise po sa diet plan sis, medyo malakas nmn aq uminom ng water pero malakas din aq kumain lalo na sa rice. Lumalaki na nga tiyan q, arma at hita.huhu your advice is a great help talaga thank u 😉😊

      Hello po. Thank you for the compliment on my content 😊❤ Pinaka the best po talaga is mag less ka ng rice. Yun talaga ang dapat iwasan. And dahil panggabi ka mas prone ka na magcrave into something sweet and salty. Much better if may fruits and water with lemon ka palagi katabi para di ka matempt na mag crave for junkfoods and dont stock junkfoods sa bahay or sa office nyo para maiwasan mo kumain ng mga not good for your diet. 🤗 and tama po yan ituloy nyo lang ang zumba nyo 😇😉

      Mas maganda pong kumain ng kumpleto na tigkakaunti. At least hindi jyo po ginutom ang satili nyo which is mali. :) baka magkasakit pa kayo. 😊😊

Kung active naman kayo sa gawaing bahay pwede na nga po yun kung marami nama po pala kayo ginagawa sa bahay. :) bawas kain nalang po ang best para makalose ng weight and more on fiber foods po para po mapabilis metabolism.

    Maam paano po kapag bloated yung tummy plus breastfeed mom po ako. Ano po advisable diet or meal plan po for me. Highschool po kasi ako 58kls lang ako and now i have 2 babies na umakyat ng 76kls 😭😭

    Hi ate 14 yo po si me tanong ko lng po kung pwede bang 2 egg yung kainin sa umaga at omelette sa tangahali at oats na lng sa gabi at meju nagugutom po ako pag 3pm ng hapon kaya kumakain

      Hello. Nag eexercise ka po? If not 1,509 calories need mo to maintain weight. Pero kapag maglose ka ng weight, then need mo lang is 1,009 calories. :)
