    Use organic oat bran rice cake instead of any type of bread.. Natural organic peanut butter with no sugar or sweetener.. Raw banana instead of ripe as ripe is in high glycemic amount than raw.. Organic no sugar Almond milk instead of milk.. Egg white instead of whole..for pancake.. This will reduce over 100 cal.. U can get it from healthy option store since ur filipina.

      Hello. Since I have work kasi, 6am gising na ako. hehe. so at 7am, kumakain na ako ng breakfast ko sa office. pag weekends naman, mga 8 or 9am :) and basta pag gising and 1 hr after drinking water, saka ako kumakain ng meal :)

      Hello. Yes you can add a little amount of lowfat or nonfat milk to your coffee. For omelette. Yes
      I used olive oil pero any cooking oil will do basta super konti lang. As in yung para lang di dumikit sa frying pan. Or if may non sticky pan ka, pwede kana di gumamit ng oil. :)

      1 pandesal is equal to 120 calories. So kung dalawa 240 calories na po. Plus 89 calories na banana. 329 calories na po agad plus 3 calories na black coffee, 332 calories na po. Kaya mas maganda po if mga whole wheat bread or kung pandesal lang po dapat 1 pc lang

      Hello. Hehehe. Sa what i eat in a day ko po, me sample meryenda ako pero biscuit lang. :) usual meryendas lang. Etong uploaded vid ko, i swear mabigat sya sa tyan. I think di mo sya mauubos ng isang kainan but then super low calorie nya and pwede mo kainin ng in between snacks. Saka maging mindful ka lang talaga sa calorie ng foods na iintake mo :)

    Ate, ask ko lng po nid po ba na nag ra-rice pag nag da-diet?? Na achieved ko na po ung goal ko na 55kilos ngaun 54 na lng ako.. from 68kilos before.. Kya lng po ngaun iba dw ung pagka payat ko.. sobrang payat ko na po tlaga dami nkapancn.. kc hnd na ako nag ra-rice tlaga on my diet.. Salamat po.. 🥰

      Same tayo nung pumayat tayo parang ayaw nila hahaha pero ayun nga for you to be look healthy kahit payat, sinve achieved mo na goal mo maintaining ka nalang. You can eat rice atleast once a day. Half sa morning half sa lunch. Dinner kahit wala na para lang mamintain mo body mo :)
