My girls love fresh growing hemp leaves. No high...its less than .3% THC. and high CBD which makes my bitchy Calico a bit sweeter. No boy cat has ever been interested in it. I let my catnip mature into buds then plant the seeds from them. You remind me of Greg Koch the guitar wizard...also 6 ft 6. Hes way older. He is a cat dad from Milwakee.
Your info about the herbs is very interesting! I have a hard time getting the seeds to germinate. Of course, summer in Tucson AZ might not be a good time. But, monsoon season just started so I wouldn't have to water 3-4 times every day just to keep veg and herbs alive. We freeze here - but nowhere near YOUR negative temps!! Also my desert tortoise found the garden and chomped them all off at the soil. Haven't seen him this year - hope he made it thru winter underground. Thanks!!
