Waoo! this is what I call teamwork, sister Flo you really got a lot of helping hands, you are very much correct about the flour I remember when I was in Nigeria when we want to make chin chin, buns or Puff Puff many times we ended up making more than we needed because of too much liquid, and the only option to make up for that is to add more flour to get it to the consistency we need and most times we end up making more than we needed, but as time goes on we learn from our mistakes because life they say is a teacher,the more we live the more we learn.The key is adding the liquids bit by bit until you get your desired consistency rather than adding the liquids at once.Nne ehhhhhh you and your village people are so funny oo,who came out first 🤣 go and call your mummy, you are one sec older 😃 the chin chin looks so good after frying, they turned out golden brown.
