EDIT: To everyone commenting on bobs guitar: I was side stage the entire show teching, he was NOT out of tune! Bob and Don tune their instruments to 432, which is significantly flatter than standard 440. As for the stream, they were taking Bobs guitar signal directly from his DI/Pedal which was malfunctioning. Had no way of hearing this on stage because bob has little to no stage presence for his guitar. Unfortunately the stream had it the worst. It sounded pretty normal in person.
Maybe he shouldve filled her in on that before?? Somebody dropped the ball big time. Maybe the sound guys ran some stuff wrong with the phasing and shit got wonky for the PA but not on the stage monitors... no clue but yikes man lockn sat headliner is not the time to fuck up on sound so drastically

At 71 years old what do you expect to be doing with your life? Because what ever it is, I'm damn sure it is a whole lot less than all the incredible things Bobby has done with his. So have some respect. This collaboration was a lovely and unforgettable ending to a long weekend. Also he's pretty swole for a 71 year old.
Bobby is used to being the only rhythm player and he does jazzy chord voicings and they're not gonna always harmonize with what Susan is going to do. Get over it, this was still beautiful

Sorry, you other guys that think they are guitar experts, but Mr. Weir knows what he is doing. To suggest that he does not, shows no respect to a man who has entertained millions for over 50 years. And for the experts I guess you don’t know he is playing through a pitch shifter effect pedal. And if he likes it that is fine with me.
The guitar is not out of tune he has 2 pickups in it note the two chords coming out of the guitar there out of sync with each other he may not even be hearing what your hearing,who ever is mixing the sound for the show should know there is something wrong but the stage mix is often done by some one else.
It doesn’t seem out of tune to me. There’s some kind of modulation that’s making it sound that way. Chorus pedals with a high depth will make a guitar sound out of tune even if it’s tuned perfectly. Or perfectly as can be anyway

It doesn’t seem out of tune to me. There’s some kind of modulation that’s making it sound that way. Chorus pedals with a high depth will make a guitar sound out of tune even if it’s tuned perfectly. Or perfectly as can be anyway
@@mooglancashire424 this; 100 percent some DEEP chorus effect pulling Bobby's guitar out in and out of tune... effects are not always good.
