I own a Daylite tote and this one is like its 2.0 version! I figured I can use the changing mat as a bum protection when sitting out on a cold bench during the winter haha. The long horizontal strap can also be used to prop the bag up on a luggage handle and the pram straps can be used for securing a yoga mat! Very versatile.
