Critical Path Method in project management (CPM) [Hindi]

This video explains how to identify critical path in network diagram.

1. Earliest occurrence time
2. Latest allowable occurence time
3. Earliest starting time
4. Earliest finishing time
5. Latest starting time
6. Latest finishing time
7. Forward pass computations
8. Backward pass computations
9. Float ( Total, Free, Independent, Interfering ) --- with reference to an activity.
10. Slack --- with reference to an event.
11. Critical event
12. Critical activity
(Subcritical Activity-- Activity having next higher float than the critical activity)
(Supercritical Activity-- An activity having negative float is called supercritical activity)

Sir agar question me only Network diagram and CP maanga ho. To hum diagram draw karke possible paths identify kare and then jo path ka highest duration ho usko CP consider kare. Aise bhi solve ho sakta hai kya? Isme we will not need EST, LST, FLOAT etc. Only Network diagram banake paths identify kar sakte hai?
